not really, you'd think women would go for the completely customizable guy, but they get what they'd want and get bored with it, because they can't bitch at it or complain that it does exactly what they want it to as it would show their fallacy. there have been several thought experiments done on this subject you can find a few of them here on the youtube in podcast form, but also on the reddit quora and other forums. It works with men because we try to make our lives as easy as possible and are usually content with progress, so being able to have a girlfriend that does the household chores without complaining and then tells us when repairs are needed with a clear and concise tone as well as actually helps to contribute to the household, we would be happy.

I think the creation of AI girlfriends is amazing. The way Kyoka was able to have a child because of the uterus you placed inside of her is quite impressive. I'd be more concerned about the science side of things; politics is always going to politic. From what they said, it was using cloning technology, not genetic recombination. So MMC's "son" may just be himself reborn. Even if it did have that capacity, the AI girlfriend doesn't have DNA of her own; the best she could do is take two of his swimmers and combine their DNA together in her empty egg. Not sure if this would count as hermaphrodite reproduction, chimera creation, or some weird self-inces*, so I'd be careful of any potential inbreeding issues if it ever went multi-generational.
Speaking of AI-girlfriends, the manufacturer _must_ describe in the instructions whether this model is suitable for conceiving and incubating children. Or, as well - if the corresponding upgrades are available or not.

So a scientist invented AI girls, but kept it a secret. They made it look like a group of girls escaped Earth. Even the girls themselves didn't know they were AI. They had free will, aged and died.

As a historian, I have to think practically and in reality. From what I’ve seen in a few stories about this topic, it is all because of one thing: Humanity’s desire to have everything, and everyone, be perfect, not wishing to accept any of the faults in other humans. I wouldn’t want to have a companion who is an AI. That’s not what it means to show true feelings. You HAVE TO BE HUMAN to understand true feelings. I’m sorry, but I will not support this. Men's standards have been more or less pretty low when it comes to companionship. Thanks to social media, however, women's standards seem to be getting more high and high. There's nothing wrong with having high standards but you have to be realistic when it comes to expectation, especially if you are lower in the totem pole yourself. In addition to that the economic and financial feasibility of raising a child in today's world is also getting poorer, meaning more expenses and more working hours, often for a pay that isn't even increasing. The law also more often than not punishes men in particular when they are taken to the cleaners in divorce court. With all those factors mentioned, I seriously am not optimistic of humanity's chances in the future. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this, hopefully in a civil manner.

I’m mixed on this, but I’d have to go with no to AI girlfriends. I mean they have sentience to a certain extent (debatable I guess depending on their programming) but they’re probably programmed to say yes to you all the time. Don’t even let me get started on the ethics of them either.
Women wouldn’t even have value as a potential partner anymore. Really would cause issues. An AI boyfriend would not solve the trauma that getting replaced by a machine would cause either. The value of human life would drop significantly, as anyone you don’t like/aren’t perfect (to you) could be replaced. Am I the only one that finds the premise kinda disturbing…? For starters, the guy basically assaulted the AI since he did it while she was asleep. Also the fact that being able to customize your girlfriend both physically and personality wise would make real women completely irrelevant (same goes for men if they had AI boyfriends). And the fact that they just made one with a uterus and threw it out there… what if the father decided to abandon the robot and child? Sure the kid would still have a mom, but what kind of life would that be? Every single aspect of this story is really uncomfortable when you think about it. Like, did they even get consent of the person they used DNA to make the ovaries and uterus and tell them? They just made a robot with a cloned version of a real woman’s reproductive organs and randomly sent it out. They just made that woman completely replaceable reproduction wise… there’s also always the chance that the woman used for it could’ve been related to the MC, since they just sent it out at random, they wouldn’t know. Another issue would be if they used the same woman’s DNA for all of them, since then all AI children would be at least half siblings. I know this was just a story for entertainment, but I feel the moral and physical issues should still be mentioned that would take place if this were actually done… mainly because things similar to this are already being worked on. Sad part is how there are even more issues something like this would cause. I barely scrapped the surface on this one. Moroboshi is a chaotic neutral for this one.
I did still like the story, but it does have some concerning plot points. Like, AI girlfriends and boyfriends could be very useful for helping people that are introverted or awkward come out a little and get comfortable with the idea of relationships, but to actually keep the relationship and go that far is too much.

As a historian, I have to think practically and in reality. From what I’ve seen in a few stories about this topic, it is all because of one thing: Humanity’s desire to have everything, and everyone, be perfect, not wishing to accept any of the faults in other humans. I wouldn’t want to have a companion who is an AI. That’s not what it means to show true feelings. You HAVE TO BE HUMAN to understand true feelings. I’m sorry, but I will not support this. I must politely decline and embrace reality. If his righteousness up there 👆 wishes for me to have a companion, it will happen. I hope the rest of humanity - particularly men - can look past the faults of other people and accept the compromises that a significant other has.
Men's standards have been more or less pretty low when it comes to companionship. Thanks to social media, however, women's standards seem to be getting more high and high. There's nothing wrong with having high standards but you have to be realistic when it comes to expectation, especially if you are lower in the totem pole yourself. In addition to that the economic and financial feasibility of raising a child in today's world is also getting poorer, meaning more expenses and more working hours, often for a pay that isn't even increasing. The law also more often than not punishes men in particular when they are taken to the cleaners in divorce court. With all those factors mentioned, I seriously am not optimistic of humanity's chances in the future. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this, hopefully in a civil manner.

In this regard, people must organize themselves from the "robotized" jobs and look to solve their problems in their lives, especially when they need to connect with each other, otherwise the human species will be completely replaced by artificial intelligence. 😌😅🤔

I’m mixed on this, but I’d have to go with no to AI girlfriends. I mean they have sentience to a certain extent (debatable I guess depending on their programming) but they’re probably programmed to say yes to you all the time. Don’t even let me get started on the ethics of them either.
Women wouldn’t even have value as a potential partner anymore. Really would cause issues. An AI boyfriend would not solve the trauma that getting replaced by a machine would cause either. The value of human life would drop significantly, as anyone you don’t like/aren’t perfect (to you) could be replaced. Like, I can’t see any real positives this would bring aside from like maybe 10 people being able to get genuine and loving relationships from it. It would screw everyone up mentally.

Am I the only one that finds the premise kinda disturbing…? For starters, the guy basically assaulted the AI since he did it while she was asleep. Also the fact that being able to customize your girlfriend both physically and personality wise would make real women completely irrelevant (same goes for men if they had AI boyfriends). And the fact that they just made one with a uterus and threw it out there… what if the father decided to abandon the robot and child? Sure the kid would still have a mom, but what kind of life would that be? Every single aspect of this story is really uncomfortable when you think about it. Like, did they even get consent of the person they used DNA to make the ovaries and uterus and tell them? They just made a robot with a cloned version of a real woman’s reproductive organs and randomly sent it out. They just made that woman completely replaceable reproduction wise… there’s also always the chance that the woman used for it could’ve been related to the MC, since they just sent it out at random, they wouldn’t know. Another issue would be if they used the same woman’s DNA for all of them, since then all AI children would be at least half siblings. I know this was just a story for entertainment, but I feel the moral and physical issues should still be mentioned that would take place if this were actually done… mainly because things similar to this are already being worked on. Sad part is how there are even more issues something like this would cause. I barely scrapped the surface on this one. Moroboshi is a chaotic neutral for this one.
I did still like the story, but it does have some concerning plot points. Like, AI girlfriends and boyfriends could be very useful for helping people that are introverted or awkward come out a little and get comfortable with the idea of relationships, but to actually keep the relationship and go that far is too much.

That’s literally what they do tho. You can’t clone a uterus without using someone’s DNA. At some point all the kids would have the same mom due to repeat uses (I bet they’d clone the same uterus tbh), or would be related to people they don’t know about due to the DNA used. It would be really screwed. You could even end up making an incest love child unknowingly, since they wouldn’t likely DNA test the buyers or disclose the DNA each model uses. Lmao

Yeah, you’d think she’d run on bio fuel since she eats. If not, what’s the food for? She was eating long before getting pregnant (although the organs she has would need sustenance, which means she’d have to get injections or have a full organ system). They’d basically have to just build a whole woman and somehow insert a personality into her. Really weird. That’s like lab growing a baby and altering its dna to have desired traits, somehow uploading knowledge and skills (as well as personality) and speeding up the growth into a fully grown woman, then shipping her out. I think it has more to do with how you program their personalities. But also, they’re basically glorified s*x dolls, what would you expect people to do? They can make them have skills for whatever they want them for. They aren’t people, so it would morally matter. It would really screw up people’s value and perception of others and life.
