Building a skilled cyber security workforce in Europe

An increasing number of cybersecurity incidents and stronger awareness of the associated risks has led to growing demand for cybersecurity skills. Based on an analysis of cybersecurity demand in France, Germany and Poland we discuss cyber security skills needs and different strategies to address them.
