I like straightforwardness and hate fake/exaggerated reactions/emotions in videos. You're style of talking and presenting is excellent. It's good just hearing about stuff people care about when it's well presented. I don't care about horses, farm life, or painting but I enjoy your videos very much.

I think your delivery is a strength. Most videos are someone yelling at you. It's refreshing that yours are straightforward, not gimmicky, and relaxed. You don't have to have your personality pouring out of your eyeballs. My gf loves your videos too because you're so chill and appear to not really give a fuck or try to play into the youtube game, soy face, super excited thing. There is enough of that content. We think you appear authentic, and that is huge. You aren't trying to scam us. Also huge.
We have chickens too, so any farm animal content is more than welcome. Tips you've learning on setting up the coop. What you do with all the eggs. Tours of your set up or farm. Farm projects. and Art! More frank narration where everything isn't perfect.
    Happy New Year!

You're killing it. That's why Papa Meat looks at you like God's only angel. Love the ranking videos, the pet crimes, the farm/studio tours, the cooking video, and the art videos. You do an excellent job talking to the camera! It never feels fake, disingenuous, or sensationalized. I know those kinds of videos get more clicks, but I assume those fanbases are temporary and those creators flame out. I believe that these videos will create a real platform and community for you for years to come, so long as you are consistent and continue to be yourself. I would love to see more animation projects, more videos about the art supplies you use and why, and more videos about your farm life and why you chose the farm life. Thank you so much!

for me, this channel was a huge shocker in the way it hooked me. I usually don't follow art channels for very long, despite liking art a lot. I love the monotone way you speak, it lends well to making your videos feel like a relaxing talk with a friend, and when you're doing a more comedic video (The turkey one comes to mind) it can create really funny moments. I was shocked how often your videos made me laugh. I think the more you stick to talking about things you love, like animals and art. The more your videos will thrive. I'm not particularly interested in you doing more "RUclipsr" coded things like challenges and shit, I just genuinely enjoy hearing you talking about experiences with animals, art, and life in general. Keep up the wonderful work ^^

I relate to the naturally being a silent person thing. I’m a housewife, and I’ve noticed before that when the kids are in school, and my husband is at work, I will go all day without talking at all. I actually watch RUclips to fill the silence while I’m doing stuff.
I love your content! I especially loved the bad pets painting video. I personally would love to see more videos where you create art and tell a story. It’s relaxing and it’s relatable. And I loved the video where you showed your husband your deviant art 😂 as a fellow deviant art kid, I loved it. It reminded me of the time I read my old diary from middle school to my husband and we laughed for hours about it.
I would continue to post what feels natural for you. Maybe see what videos have the longest watch time, and use that as a springboard?

The tours are amazing!!! My girlfriend and I loved your garden tour, and it has genuinely inspired some of my plans to make a garden whenever I (hopefully) own a house in the countryside. We also loved your animals, your drawing and sketchbooking, and the chimp video, though that one was more somber. I saw another comment talk about this, but your monotone tone-of-voice is actually very soothing. When my girlfriend showed me the Garden Tour (my first video of yours) it felt less like I was watching a modern youtube video and more like I was watching an old youtube vlog, and it has a certain "Bob Ross makes a garden" appeal to it that I really love. I'm not totally able to have a garden right now, as I'm living at a university, but the garden video has genuinely inspired me to make a garden of my own. Maybe over the summer I can try to make my own garden at my parents. Either way, thank you for creating what you have over the past year!

I like your voice, there are too many fake bubbly people making animal content jumping around screaming with royalty free ukelele music and PhotoShop Hell thumbnails because their ad revenue depends on them being at unholy levels of forced happiness 100% of the time. I'm a zookeeper assistant and there are a lot of unfun, literally and figuratively shitty aspects to raising animals so I appreciate people with a more cynical/realistic tone about it. I would love more farming/garden vids or art videos with animal stories.

I really like listening to you just talking about things you like. Especially while I’m crocheting bcuz I can look away and still keep up with what you’re talking about but when I’m looking at the screen, I get to see your cool artwork and stuff. I think we all just vibe your down to earth personality and enjoy feeling like we’re chilling with you.

I love any of your videos where you talk about caring for your animals and garden! It’s relaxing and very different from RUclips’s popular content which can be very overstimulating.
Your art is also very relaxing to watch :) I like hearing your thought process while watching you work!
Honestly every video you’ve come out with is so nice to watch, I know it’s not much help but you’ve made such good content already!!

My favorites are the storytime+sketchbook drawing videos like with the update on Rocky video and the one where you're talking about your pets and their crimes while drawing them. I also enjoy all of the general homestead chore stuff too because it is so real and you're not trying to make it super aesthetic, like you're walking through the process that shows how you truly love your lifestyle but it also shows the hard work that goes on behind it all. I'm a fan of papa meat and it's always fun to watch you guys interact, but I also think you're such a fun personality on your own that you don't need to feel pressured to do things with him just because some might try and push it. Whatever you choose to do going forward, I'm already a fan :) happy new year!

As a primarily inspiring animal illustrator and taxidermist, I adore your content. It can feel difficult to find fellow artists who have a strong focus on animals. I would love to see some more videos with you talking about current or past famous animals working on illustration in the background. I would also adore to see a video about some of your collections/nicknacks. I remember in your room tour you had some taxidermy items and pelts. If you ever do another tier list video I think a movie tier list of dog characters would be very fun.
Some experimental art videos would also be cool, like making a zine or woodblock prints.

I honestly just love the videos you made past year. the stories about your pets (I mean the farm animals too) while you paint them where my favorite, same with the video just showing you pets and what you feed them. I honestly wouldn't know what I think would be improvements as I just really, really enjoy the content you're making now. I just love watching your paintings while you talk about something, it's very calming to me and the way you talk about your pets is just funny. I also like that you keep it realistic with sharing the murderous crimes some of them did as that is just what it's like keeping animals. but the videos where you don't paint are also really damn fun, guess I'm not that much help in feedback as I just like your videos the way they are lol.

i got a kinda weird idea? maybe? ok so: Reaction videos that are set up like the pet doodle book video. Where u watch the video then do doodles of how ure brain took it. Like a pet compilation for example, ya watch it and then BAM we get the doodle book and u start doodling when the cat jumped into a wall, or missed a ledge, or when a doggo looked hella guilty at something. stuff like that maybe?

I spent that past 4 years in Georgia on a farm with similar animals you have.
Watching your narrations over farm chores and your interactions with the animals are entertaining to me because I'm back in the urban Northeast and miss that atmosphere.
That hot water kettle for mixing the horse food was an interesting idea I sent over to my old landlords since they always just sprayed a cold water hose at it.
I know there's always something to do on a farm. New things you learn, new vet visits, new projects, and just funny behavior from the animals I wished I had recorded.
Maybe talk about how you keep predators out for example?
Also the turkey cooking video was a fun watch. I get a lot of joy off trying new recipes myself and love to talk while I'm doing it.
This was a ramble but hopefully you can see these are what I appreciated.
I feel like a lot of rural living people would see their lives and themselves in this content.
In fact, that's why I'm a new sub!

Hello! I just recently found your channel, through your husband. I thoroughly enjoy all of your current content. I love the farm content, as a farmer. Same with your journals and artwork, you’ve inspired me to pick up my pens and markers again. I love your demeanor and voice, it fits the vibe of your content. As it should, because this is your life. We’re lucky enough to enjoy the small glimpses we get. I’ll always tune in! ❤️

I like the monotone voice and dry disposition. I like animals and farm content, I like seeing what projects you got going on, your interests, the stuff going on in you life and exxperience like horse training camp thing you did, or the process of your garden, or rocky. Yeah love the shirt form easy to watch content. I grew up on a farm and live in city now for university so watching you do farm chores and just chill with animals and show your life is really comforting and familiar. Lastly, love your drawing videos!!!

I love the videos where you are doing something like art or cooking (your cooking video actually inspired me to try a new technique for my turkey this year!). I just wanted to say you are doing wonderful and to keep on going. I personally love the cozy / homestead content you do. It’s HELLA different from Hunter’s content on his channel(s).
If it’s one piece of criticism I have about your content is the editing could be better in the videos where you are jumping from you facing the camera to your POV perspective. Just keep the POV and voice over or visa Versa.
Things I would like see on your channel in the future would be more vlog/ farm lifestyle content, maybe a video where you try a new art project (maybe try to do a drawing challenge or try a new medium) and I would love to see more animations. I know it may be taxing to do something of that nature, but that’s what really drew me to your channel was that cozy animation you did with your husband.
Anyways hope you have a happy new years. Can’t wait to see what you post next! 😊

I like what you've posted so far, even with the kitty stories. i think hearing you talk about anything is pretty good and low effort so you don't have to worry too much for editing. probably show some of your artwork or the current projects you're working on. that's the kind of art media i enjoy. maybe talk art theory or your favorite art movements (mine was art nouveau and Art Deco) since you're also animator, maybe talk shop about your favorite animators and animated shows.

I really love your channel, and it inspires me as a younger artist in high school. What I would love to see is maybe your college and early adult life. I've heard you mention it in other videos with Hunter about living in Portland and stuff like that. Maybe a draw-my-life? It's always interesting to hear how artist 'find themseleves' especially in college. You also seem like a very country person so it would also be fun to see how you adjusted for that.
Anyway, love the videos and can't wait for more!

I have the same problem you started mentioning at the 2nd minute. I've learnt that, even if you are not good at something, finishing is what matters the most. It's useful as an experience not only to learn but to understand what you have been through and how hard it actually was. And it also helps you to get better at doing things for longer periods of time. At the same time, it helps you to define if you actually liked it or not.
When it comes to your chanel, I think what matters the most is what you actually love. Yes ofc I could tell you "Make collabs with Hunter!!!" But that's just bc I love Papa Meat's channel. You and your content is what matters the most. Your content is yours and, again, what actually matters is what you want to show.
I can't recall anything bad from your videos.

I liked the variaty in topics and formats because of your multiple passions. The tier list of the (cartoon) horses was very interesting, but the taken along during farm duties was also very fun. The one where you talk about the documentary and draw along was nice to see you come out of your comfortzone when drawing certain animals. So I would say, keep being you, I think that as long as the passion carries over that the videos will be fun to watch. 😊
All the best wishes for everyone in the new year!🎉
