@@PherotoneStudios yeah might go. Just got back from NAMM, again with full on NAMMthrax, so thinking it’s just local shows from now on. let’s catch up there.
I've just pulled the trigger on a lefty :) Could you tell me if a set of Fender locking tuners would fit??? I've found a second hand set that probably won't be up for long. 🙏
I have an Eastcoast L1 which really surprised me in its build quality and playability. I was fully expecting some beater that'd just be okay and I could eeke some LP sounds out of it but I'd actually stack it up against some of the mid to higher tier Epiphones I've played. I dropped a Tonerider rocksong in the bridge and I intend to upgrade the tuners down the road but as of now it's getting regular rotation in my recordings just because it sounds and plays great.
Did you guys experience issues with the bridge at all? mine is flat to the body and the action is still pretty high and I'm curious if I just got unlucky. Still a crazy amount of guitar for £100!
I’ve had that on a Harley Benton before. I had to file the bottom of the bridge to get it lower. Video here: How to lower a tuneomatic bridge (when it can't go any lower) ruclips.net/video/ixHsBckuHCM/видео.html
I had a problem with the plain strings popping out off the bridge grooves while bending because of the low TOM bridge compared to the tail piece. Simple fix was to wrap the plain strings under the tail piece to increase the string angle over the bridge.
They are in with east coast/ Andertons . How can they be honest.. what I will say is they are good guitars but they could spend more money on the tuners instead of looks .
The squire jazzmaster has a brilliant bridge and trem system.i have 5 east coastd all rubbish tuners. See you are tight with Lee now. So biased review. The blind tests are rigged
You guys are pretty much my go-to now for product reviews, criminally undersubbed!
This is the type of offset I desire to have with the tune o matic bridge
Cracking vid fellas! Love the interaction between the two of you.
Thanks mate. Hopefully see you again at the Birmingham guitar show if you’re going?

Always looking at these reviews and making me want these underrated brands! Just have to think is eastcoast better then vintage?
Is there any black ones? I have no idea where to buy one, please help :(

@@PherotoneStudios ah thank you! I'll check that out. I also considered a shim as the distance is not huge.

Jesus was not expecting it to be so cheap. Wish it had a Trem though.
Nah all cheap trems suck

Not at all. We say whatever we want in our videos or the video doesn’t happen. My mate bought this!
