Alex, yet another great Vlog. A very important topic and bang on the money, Issues and Court Bundles.
When you yourself as a litigant in person, invest the time and money into your new laptop, as you thrown the old one away years ago, only then, you begin to appreciate the amount of work involved in producing your Court Bundle.
    My best advice is.
Small bites on specific issues are the best way to deal with them, don’t try and do it in one go it’s an Elephant of a document..
Two bites a day, and anyone can eat an Elephant.
All other questions book a legal surgery for £150 and talk to Alex Woods direct, Court Wingman.
    All the best
    Mark.

On what grounds are county courts are holding private hearings . Without informing the defendant and against CPR 39.2 ???

No, a private hearing is nothing to do with the court system. It's two people agreeing they are going to have their own private court and get a lawyer to be the judge. Simple , faster, and alot less expensive. In commercial disputes the same thing is "arbitration." The parties agree to be bound by the lawyer's decision, unlike in mediation.
