Started doing this exercises today and I love it. The B consonant is so helpful. I cannot figure out how to do vocal fry though - hopefully there’s a video on that.

Somehow your reels started coming onto my FB feed a couple months ago and it was clear that you're a very rare vocal teacher who teaches primarily commercial voice AND entirely understands the instrument itself! It's still too rare to find someone who knows the human voice inside and out and teaches commercial voice, for some reason finding both in one instructor is hard to find, and your reel on distortion using Black Dog was what sold me on what you're teaching and finally got me to understand what the vocal mechanism/muscles are actually doing! Other channels, while great, really didn't explain what is actually happening muscularly and how to find that sound, and I'm sad I didn't find you until after I left NYC! I really could have used you then 🤣
Also, did you train with Seth Riggs or Brett Manning at any point? I've only heard "speech level" from those who did, it's kind of their tell all phrase!

Quickly becoming one of my favorite channels -- loving the nice technical breakdowns and the 'whys'!
