I added some POWER to Caden's little Honda XR 50cc dirt bike. did you try adjusting the H-D clutch at all? I've head people run the H-D clutch on the 141 and 138 works motors and they adjusted the stiffness out of the shifting

What did you set your valve lash if you did the performance cam as well if you don’t mind me asking. I found in Florida (sea level) 90 main jet and 38 pilot is golden with the 88cc big bores

I did same everything on mine but I got the bigger plug for 88 cc and also must do is get different front tooth sprocket I forgot but know it has longer gears cause stock front sprocket first gear winds out to fast with sprocket change up front they are fast for 88cc

We did put in a new plug and I agree with the gearing. There seems to be too much of a difference between 1st and 2nd gear so changing the sprockets would definitely
help with that.
