If I get pain and tightness every time that I run in the outer part of my shin and have taken a break from running but the pain is still there could ASTR possibly treat this?

It is not Gua Sha. Gua Sha only break superficial scar tissue. ASTR tools break superficial/ deep scar tissue, release superficial/ deep fascia restrictions, release trigger points, decrease superficial and deep inflammation.
