Just incredibly special for a musician to share his stage night after night with another definite legend to be.
The music catalog that Warren Haynes has in his head is just unbelievable, the man is a genius in his own rights.
I've seen Warren Hayes many times live. You should never miss the chance!

i was in attendance and this was epic,cant wait until this years show and to see what Warren has in store for us,my 5th NYE W/Mule in a row.We book a room at the Beacon Hotel and settle in for a 5~6 hr show 9pm til 2`3am we gonna party like its 1999 sorry couldnt resist. Warren is my Savior 'WHERES MY MULE'
Warren with a strat .... wasn't sure he was going to play one again. I love all the guitars but it's good to see him on a strat every now and then.
That one with the awesome red headstock that he played with the Brothers was stolen in the late 90's.

I believe Warren started using Strats again when they recorded "Dark Side of the Mule" and followed with some Pink Floyd tribute shows. I really can't imagine getting Gilmour's magnificent tone with anything other than a Strat.

MK: [laughs] Yeah. I remember getting a text that day and it said, “Can you sing ‘Purple Rain’?” I was like, uh, what? I thought it was a joke. I’d never sang that song in my life. I always had a great appreciation for the tune, but it’s never come up in our set or anywhere else I’ve ever played. So I said, absolutely! I started studying it, and I got up there, and I was just scared to death, I didn’t want to mess it up.

It looks like an Eric Clapton signature strat to me.
He played it for a bunch of the Garcia Shows this summer and He played it for the Traffic stuff for the halloween show.

Probably not. Strat Plus don't have string trees mounted on the headstock and a Wilkinson or LSR Roller nut mounted.
