I'm no Trumper. But Judge Cannon did dismiss the documents case. Jack Smith has appealed the dismissal to the 11th Circuit Court. I believe the appeals court will overturn the dismissal. It will be the 3rd time Judge Cannon has been overturned for her decisions in the matter.

The charges Chutkan will be trying are a different kettle of fish altogether, I can't imagine how he could be found guilty on any of those and _avoid_ incarceration. And one of the Georgia charges has a mandatory 5 year minimum if he's found guilty.
So we may have to wait a bit to see him incarcerated. I also think it is possible that his lawyers will claim that he is now too mentally incapacitated for imprisonment to be appropriate. (In which case he shouldn't be running for president either but, whatever.)

I wish his base could somehow see what he really is and does not care about them but to get their vote. It is time he finally is held accountable. If he very sadly won would there still be a trial?
