    I have had to unplug and reconnect the device from time to time after going through areas with limited cellphone data availability... This Happens most often in north Dakota and remote areas of Washington state. Because of this, I have had to relocate the device to a more accessible position, and remove the zip strip altogether.

      Can this device detect doors being open also ?

      @@omarcaban9917 it all depends on what information the computer (ECM) has access to. It may be possible on newer trucks, but the older models probably don't know anything beyond engine management.
