Sausage Biscuits:
This one is hardly a recipe. I just cook sausage patties and let completely cool. Bake frozen biscuits (I prefer Pillsbury brand for this) and let those cool. Tear open the cool biscuits, add a sausage patty and pop these into a freezer bag. You can also individually wrap and then store inside of a larger bag for a longer freezer life. To Reheat: Wrap individually in a paper towel and microwave on high for 1 min (time may depend on your microwave). I also reheat these in a skillet sometimes by disassembling the sandwich to reheat. Add an egg and cheese if you'd like and enjoy!
Breakfast Burritos:
(measurements are approximate - as you saw in this video I didn't measure for these)
10-12 tortillas
1 dozen farm fresh eggs
1 Tbsp butter
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. sausage crumbled
10 strips of bacon, cut into crumbles
1. Cook the sausage and bacon until done, drain excess fat and set aside.
2. Add butter to your pan and cook the eggs, scrambling them as you go.
3. Add everything to a prep bowl and top with part of the cheese. Toss.
4. Lay out all of the tortillas and top with remaining cheese. Then scoop in the egg/meat mixture and secure the burritos by folding in the sides and rolling up the ends.
5. Flash freeze on a cookie sheet for 10-15 min after completely cooled. Then store them in a large freezer bag.
6. To reheat, wrap the burrito individually in a paper towel and microwave approximately 2 minutes (again will depend on you microwave). Then place the burrito in a skillet on medium heat to crisp up the exterior a bit. Serve with the dipping sauce of your choice.
Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Cookies:
1 c. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sea salt
1 c. dark chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
3/4 c. caramel bits
Course natural sea salt for finishing
1. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
2. Add the dry ingredients next (flour, soda and salt)
3. Toss in and gently mix the chocolate chips and caramel bits
4. Scoop with a small melon baller and roll into cookie dough bites.
5. From here you can flash freeze these and then add to a freezer bag for later use. OR you can bake right away at 350 for 10-12 minutes. (baking time from frozen will be more like 12-14 minutes)
6. Top with some sea salt for a sweet and salty treat! Enjoy!

Great video, Lauren! 🌟 Stocking the freezer before baby arrives is genius. Loved the variety from breakfast to desserts. The tater tot casserole and those salted caramel dark chocolate chip cookies caught my eye! 🍪Thanks for the inspiration! Keep it coming. 👩🍳👍
I’m not sure why I don’t work on stocking the freezer more often, love having a back stock of easy “fast food” - will definitely have to keep going before my hungry boys are here eating nonstop this summer 😆 So glad you enjoyed the inspiration. Thanks for watching! 🥰
Sei una mamma bravissima!
È cosi bello vederti lavorare in cucina, con il tuo angioletto sempre vicino a te . Un fortissimo abbraccio a tutte due. La piccolina è sempre dolcissima
You are so sweet, thank you! 🥰 She is quite the big helper and she’s super excited about baby coming soon! I’m sure she’ll want to help with everything! 😆❤️

Grazie infinite
Right there with you! My freezer is full! One week from full term and feeling ready
Congrats! So exciting! I hope to put up a few more things but we’ll see! Thanks for watching!

Brown up onions seasoning and hamburger . In a bowl add lg can of cream of chicken soup and container of sour cream as well as diced green chilis. Roll up your hamburger mixture into tortillas and fit all side by side in baking dish seam side down. Pour your mixture all over top and add lots of grated cheese. Bake 350 for 25-30 min till browned and bubbly.
That sounds yummy, thanks for sharing!
I just love sitting down with a cup of coffee and watching you cook! Love the content ❤️
Thank you so much Janie! Good to hear from you! Glad you enjoyed! 🥰
Everything looks so delicious and your little assistant is so cute! I’ve been praying for you since Cindy told me you were expecting 🙏🏻 Happy Easter 🐇🌷
I appreciate that! Thank you for the prayers! 🥰❤️
I found your channel on my SUGGESTED video list tonight. I LOVE your wooden crucifix on the wall in the video!!!! My parents had one just like that and I now have it in my home. I rarely see anyone with crucifixes these days.....It might be a vintage thing. I love vintage items.
That’s so true, don’t really see that much these days! Let’s call it vintage and bring it back! 😉🙏❤️ This crucifix was my husband’s grandmother’s I believe. My grandma always had one hanging in her kitchen too. Thanks for watching and for your sweet comment!
The burritos looked good to me, and the cookies. Actually everything looked delicious. Thank you! 😊
Thank you! I’m definitely making the cookies again soon… but will hide them better in the freezer next time 😂
Tater tot casserole became a staple in my house when my two boys were the only ones left at home. They needed the heavy rich foid and carbs. However, I added a can of mild green chilis and a handful of velveeta cheese and we loved it even more.
Mmm, green chilis! Noted! ✍️ 👍 That sounds great! My mom adds Velveeta too and we love it like that! My boys will enjoy those additions! Thank you so much for sharing your memories and recipe with me! 🥰
I just found your channel this afternoon and love your videos! The biscuits sound delicious to me, but it all looks wonderful! I look forward to seeing more videos! ❤
Thank you so much Gabby, glad you enjoyed! Hope to see you back here again soon ❤️🥰
We do “tater tot hotdish” in MN. I grew up with a bag of mixed frozen veg in with the cream of mushroom soup and ground beef!
I’ve done that before too or at least add in corn. Never heard it called that but love to know these things! Thanks for sharing and watching today! 🥰
I think all the food looked delicious :) I can't even pick a favourite. I pray everything goes well with the birth of your baby. Blessings ~ Linda
Thank you so much Linda! We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers! So sweet of you 🥰🙏
Love Tater Tot casserole! We had it in school in the 1970s!
I’m sure better than what’s served these days at school lunches! I remember having this at school too now that you say that!
It all looked so Delish!👌🏻🫶🏻
Thank you Sarah! 🥰
My TT casserole recipe is your recipe exactly, however I add one small diced yellow onion to the ground beef (brown them together), & for tater tots, I use ORE-IDA mini tater tots!! A family favorite!
Oooh mini tater tots?! I’ll have to look for those, sounds awesome! I do sometimes add onion too (more often onion powder in my seasonings if I’m in a major hurry). Thanks so much for watching and chatting here in the comments 🥰❤️
Thanks for sharing.Tator tot casserole is always a good one.Just to change it up I use cream of celery or asparagus soup.Bye
That’s a good idea too, it’s versatile! Sometimes I add corn too, just depends on my mood lol! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!
I have discovered several variations to the tater tot casserole theme--mexican, sloppy joe flavors and even chicken. They have all been delicious that I tried. It is a really easy casserole to make no matter what the meat and seasonings are.
Good morning! Ohhh my gosh, what a fun and helpful video! Thank you!! You are in my prayers for a safe delivery! How incredibly exciting!! Take good care of yourself and Happy Easter! :)
Thank you so much Kellie! Appreciate the prayers too! Happy Easter! 🐰🙏

Reece was just the sweetest, i love those baby kisses🥰 And such a good helper, cutie pie. I'm A coffee drinker.. that's the first thing i do every morning.. if not i get that bad headache from no caffeine🫤 But I do love my coffee! I have a frothing machine and we use caramel machiatto, so i froth that and pour on top.. so delish!😋 The cookies look so yummy! Thanks for all the yummy recipes! Happy Easter🐰
That sounds like you have the perfect in home coffee shop! I love coffee too. I hated the thought of it early in this pregnancy and worried I wouldn’t like it again 😆 luckily I’m starting to finally enjoy it again! Thank you so much for watching and chatting in the comments! Happy Easter! 🐰 🙏

Thank you Jennifer! So glad you stopped by and thanks for subscribing! Your boys will surely love tater tot casserole! 😋 I feel like it’s a struggle to keep 2 boys fed these days, I can’t even imagine 5! 😆 You’ve got your work cut out for you! Hope to see you back here again soon!
@rustichoney coming along for the ride! I'm glad I found your channel!
No we love tater tot casserole but they have to be lined up in order I wish they didn't and it didn't bother me because then it would be a super easy dish
It is a bit more time consuming, that’s for sure! Maybe you should try shredded potatoes on top instead just to save time! 🤷♀️😅 Thanks for watching and chatting!
Wonderful channel name😊
Thank you so much! I feel like I chose this name ages ago but still love it the same. ❤️
💜💜💜💜💜
Thank you for stopping by ❤️
Won’t the tortillas get soggy when reheating? I would like to do this as we have more eggs than I can sell or use
My filling is on the dryer side so they won’t get soggy. I plan to reheat in the microwave wrapped in a paper towel and then I like to put them in my egg pan to crisp up the exterior just a bit. Like a grilled stuffed burrito 😋
Sounds good thank you
our neighbor down the road from us sells eggs and I noticed yesterday he is now also selling freeze dried eggs! They must be overwhelmed with eggs!
