This was a hard choice. Although Julie did great doing Lulu's breakdown, Kirsten f**ing rocked the show during Georgie's death! I kinda felt that Kirsten deserved it more!

I just loved seeing everyone's reaction to Julie winning, esp Julie's....she was so shocked! I was rooting for Kirsten, she's one of my favorite actresses but after seeing what Julie submitted, I can see why she won. She totally deserved it! congrats!
She totally deserved the win!!! :-D I was watching those episodes with Julie and I couldn't believe the emotion she put forth during the entire storyline! I even said, several times, while watching those scenes, "Okay, if she doesn't win, or at least get nominated for an Emmy, something's wrong with the judges." :-D

First off Robert and Kim are way to cute as Jeva. Second Julie deserved this win. I've actually been saying she will probably win this but I agree Rachel Melvin was just as amazing. Both girls did awesome even Kristen did well during the Georgi stuff as well. Also JMB looks older than she is in her get up last night. Get it gurl.
The death of Georgie and her funeral was in 2007 but the scene that stole my heart happened in 2008. Maxie was in Kelly's talking to Spinelli and she started spazzing out and breaking plates and Lucky walks in and holds her while she cries "I just want to see my sister". Everytime I watch that I start crying.

Just curious, but can Kirsten's scenes count for this years Emmy's? Most of them, like the funeral and such were in 2007 and this year's stuff was all from 2008. I'm not really sure how that works.
I love Kirsten and Julie sooo much, they both deserved it so much and I'm glad one of them got it. Julie was so cute saying she shared it with Kirsten!
