I see it to be very expensive, but very minor compared to egyptian projects.

The fact that it's a 11,000 acre literally in the City -on paper that's alot of potential on what they can achieve...if you take the Tatu city approach they can do a lot..And yes the Egyptian Project are on another Level..Thanks
