Um, the ports are not for charging it. I just got one and nothing is showing up in the gallery despite being “on” and having formatted the SDCard. While setting it up, the batteries dropped from 100% to 80%! The SD card is only 58.2G despite being labeled as 64G. Also You have to be pretty close to it with your phone to have any control over it. This is inconvenient. If you have it on the backside of a tree and basically have to get in front of it.
I should add you must format the SD card on your computer first to get the cam to take any photos. Mine will not capture night vision photos despite the feed showing me night vision live video.
Thanks unboxing was useful, but actual review on the technical quality and thoughts of the image was not discussed . Unless this was edited the all important camera reaction time in IR mode looked pretty slow with the cat half way through frame when we fist see it. Day mode looked faster unless the guy hanged about at the edge of frame first.. My interest wit the camera is not for hunting but for quality filming and hence the camera reaction time and quality of image being important..
Where is the 8K you mention on tittle? Thanks
