Photoshop 2022 has a great new feature that allows you to copy a group of layers from Illustrator and paste them as vector shapes.
This seamless transition will make your life easier if you want to use Photoshop's brushes, filters, adjustment layers or layer styles to add effects to your artwork.

Hello! thank you so much for this video. I have a problem though, when I want to paste my layers into Photoshop, it keeps telling me that I need to reduce layers and its reached layer limit. How do I fix this?
hahaha love your humor! Thanks for this tutorial and tips!
This tutorial is amazing haha
Do you know if you can do the same thing using illustrator and photoshop on iPad?
this is my first video here and subscribed 30 seconds into the video! Hilarious!!!!
When I copy a shape from Illustrator and paste Photoshop's layer option, some of the content in this selection will be rasterized, it shows, not being pasted as vector.
I experience the same. Some elements appears as shape layers and other as raster layers - i'm so confused 😅
😄 entertained while learning
Popup window not showing
Hello !Could you tell please how to move back this vector object to Illustrator? I paste my image like a smart objects to Ps but now I need to move it back to Illustrator to save in Vector, I tried to save in Ps like EPS but when I open it its pixelized not vector. The only one thing which let me move image back to Ai its double click to smart object and its automatically opens in Ai ..but the problem is its move only one layer which was clicked but my image contains more than one layer. Can you help please? Thank you
This video made me crack up 😂
Had me laughing out loud in my office...🤣 Who ARE you?

Really helpfull and awsome tutorial...thanks bro.👍👍👍👍
this guy is a sit down comedian
😂
when copying from illustrator to photoshop. and the artboard size are the same in illustrator and photoshop. my copy from illustrator to photoshop comes out bad quality. how do you fix that and figure out what the pixels per inch should be or so ?
just what I needed! thanks :)
Ok I have tried this 5 times, pop up window displays destination document would exceed the layer limit. Try reducing number of layers… ugh 😣 I’ll try again. Have a great day.
Illustrator-Photoshop interoperability Very funny
bro smirks
If I paste as a smart object it becomes blank
Which Microphone do you use? #
Is there a way to do this the other way around?
thanks
and how to copy any image from Photoshop and paste it into the illustrator??
you funny!!
I like it picaso
Great tutorial! I cant seem to edit any text layers coming from illustrator as it rasterizes them, is there any way around this?
🤣 i so enjoyed
Thank you for this! When I copy and paste to layers however, it shows up one tenth the size! then if increase the size in photoshop, it's blurry because the image is already rasterized once pasted. Have you had this issue before?
Try increasing the size in Illustrator. And make sure the resolution and dimensions of the canvas are high enough in Photoshop.
nice
It's very easy to do on desktop versions. But not on iPad. You spent 2 hours trying to do the same just to realize you can't on the iPad versions! Crazy! You can't copy and paste between illustrator and Photoshop on the iPad! You can copy and paste between Apple's own photo apps, but not Adobe's own apps.
wow ur funny actually good tutorial
"hey Whats up"
Hhhhh very nice tutorial
i hope to work bro 😢..
"Interorparabilaperabilitylibility - Yeah"
What is the point? These layers should be linked back to the original illustrator file. this should be part of the smart object options to maintain layers inside photoshop and leave editing of the shapes in illustrator. The way it works now If you want to edit those layers you have to use the absolutely useless vector tools in Photoshop. At least with a smart object, you can jump back to illustrator and use the much better vector tools. Pointless new feature. It serves zero purpose, no additional functionality whatsoever. We could still do that without this feature. I would prefer they "did it right" or if not, spend that time and effort on OTHER issues like not being able to define a folder to save the "generate assets" command.
p.s. Sorry. This was a good tutorial and description I'm just annoyed they put in a useless feature when there is so much broken in photoshop for years.
😅
inter-operaraability🤣🤣
ah ah ah funny ;-)
Hahahaha 😄😄
Dude come on men 😂😂😂
