The probability’s low as MJH did say that she won’t cameo due to the steep difference in tone and would not be watching the show. But she clearly she did give this a shot and gave CAOS her blessing so it would be awesome if she did!

I think Netflix got a lot of things right with Sabrina that Charmed got wrong. While the new show is based off of the horror comics (and not the original show), they are still based on the same characters, and I see a lot of respect toward that in the new show. There's also a great deal of respect toward the original cast and an attempt to reach out to fans of the original show, even if the two are completely different kinds of shows (the first being a family sitcom and the second being an hour-long horror/drama). Everything from the writing to the acting (and chemistry between actors) to the effects is absolutely on point. It's incredibly evident to me just how much love went into this project. Well done!

Well to be fair, they weren't really old when the sitcom started, 37 and 33 I think. It has been 22 years so one can tell they've aged but so well you can hardly notice it.

Dr. Cinema as a huge horror fan and I despise CW craptastic Teen drama shows. Yet this new Sabrina is so awesome. Can’t wait for the next season.
I have just finished revisiting the original Sabrina and although cheesy at times I prefer it 1 million times over these new incarnation. I just think Sabrina's best take is as a comedy rather than a horror show.

@@santos8468 you'd be surprised with how many religious people are fun and laid-back and can brush off comments made about them and their belief. You just need to find the right group of people and I have no doubt Sabrina's actress is part of the laid-back group. In a lot of recent panels she seems the same person we knew from the 90s as Sabrina. She even said she'd be happy to make a reunion episode many times.

I LOVED this new take on Sabrina the teenage witch! I was super skeptical about it at first since it was so much darker than what I grew up with, but once I started it, I couldn’t stop watching! It was a perfect show for Halloween 👍👍 I am already eager for season 2!

I stayed awake for the show. I thought they'd upload the season at ”the witching hour" as so many viewers did do. They didn't upload the season till 3am. The funny thing was all the teasing on social media Netflix and Sabrina's were doing.
