I have been surprised to learn that it's even legal to refuse the FBI request. Why hasn't a judge called them out and ordered the hand-over?

The saddest thing about this is ..this is how incompetent the US government is at reviewing evidence that is actually impacting foreign policy.

Actually I'm wondering if it's a strategic move because the WH administration needs more time to gather the evidence to bring charges against those who ordered all of this (perhaps someone who is in French Polynesia, which is included in extradition treaties with France, but are notoriously difficult and time consuming, also this person had an article awhile back about being a candidate for the French Presidency, which was mostly humorous in intent, or was it to gather support in case it was needed?) This is not an investigative journalist's worry though, they report the news, and this needs to be reported, questions need to be asked, the republicans are not immune to scrutiny, draining the swamp = ALL corruption, regardless of political affiliation.

Just putting this out there.... could it be that the new admin is aware of this and building a case and you are blowing it for them?

K Kuik I hope so but I am not sure. It seems Trump knows of all this corruption which us why he publically stood up abd challenged FBI to bring up DNC server that was hacked. He knows they cant. He knows they wont. But in the meantime even foxnews and all gops pressing down on Trump for "believing Putin" when it is not that. He just cant believe a biased entity who never seen the true evidence and is telling them to show us the server or shut up.

Unfortunately the worry that Lee can break through a compkete blockade of truth from all networks is slim. People like us will read and understand. We may even tell some friends &family but we will be considered whackos to those who are not awake.

This guy rambles all over the place. He needs to learn how to make his point in 25 words or less -- then fill in the details.
I've been watching this video for 5 minutes and I don't know what his point is.

The DNC claim Russia 'hacked' their server. The FBI request server to analyse. The DNC (on multiple occasions) refuse to give it to the FBI. The DNC decide that rather than the FBI investigate they will pay a private third party organization called Crowdstrike to analyse. Crowdstrike as paid employees of the DNC are now to provide the information to the FBI. Kinda like having your home robbed. You call the police. The police say, 'we'll be right over to dust for fingerprints/DNA', and you say ,'Nah, it's OK, I know this guy who I'm gonna pay to do the police work for me and they will give you the evidence'. Pretty weird huh....

Not weird at all Nifong did the same thing in the Duke Lacross Case.
