Start in Genesis, and read it straight through as it was intended by god, when he put it all together. A day to God is as a thousand years to us, so don't be discouraged that it took about 2400 years for god to get it all together in the form you can use it today, to god, it has only taken two and a half days. But god really does some amazing things in that book. He provides spells to the children of Israel so they can change the DNA of their animals. And another set of spells for cleansing from leaporacy, (Kill one bird, sprinkle the blood on another bird, and the victim, uh, I mean worshiper, and set the live bird free, and viola, the leaporacy is gone. The Song of Solomon is NEVER preached in a church, because when you read it, you realize that the King is taking a girl child, who is not yet developed, and swaddling her in clothing to hide her youth, so that the PEOPLE will not get upset at him taking her to the WEDDING CHAMBER along with her sister. It is a love song, but it certainly includes the woman's younger sister in the process. PREACHERS will try to tell you that the child is the Hebrew People or The Christian Church. Don't believe it, Solomon recorded the words himself and preserved them. (Not really.)
When I was reconciled to God at age 17, someone much wiser than myself told me to begin by reading the gospel of John, then the New Testament end to end, then ask for guidance on which book to read next. Been reading whole books (sometimes whole sections) ever since. I read Genesis through Revelation after walking with God several decades. Nothing like reading Old Testament only for six months to get some sense of how revelatory the words of Jesus are! (Try reading Job by whole speeches; you see more clearly the arguments.)

Never quit! I've read the entire Bible multiple times and rarely get stumped on trivia questions on this channel. However, I'm always learning something new in the manner of gleaning new meaning from scriptures I've read before. Sometimes you get the new meaning from life experiences that put in you in a new situation to have better appreciation for the scripture, sometimes you're mind may be more focused, but at all times by having your heart open to receive God's Word and to be taught by it. I missed 4. 2 of them old testament and 2 of them unsure of which disciple. But I guess the other 11 I got right are a testament to my mom and dad raising me in church. DEPENDENT/TRUSTED on GOD'S WORD from my early childhood till now as an old guy. GOD IS FAITHFUL FOLKS even though we may stumble at times. I love God's word I only wish more people loved especially those who say they are Christians. Start in Genesis, and read it straight through as it was intended by god, when he put it all together. A day to God is as a thousand years to us, so don't be discouraged that it took about 2400 years for god to get it all together in the form you can use it today, to god, it has only taken two and a half days. But god really does some amazing things in that book. He provides spells to the children of Israel so they can change the DNA of their animals. And another set of spells for cleansing from leaporacy, (Kill one bird, sprinkle the blood on another bird, and the victim, uh, I mean worshiper, and set the live bird free, and viola, the leaporacy is gone. And a spell for abortion (God HIMSELF set the fee and the spell components) He orders the killing of many different tribes of people, EXCEPT for the virgin girls, god allowed those to be taken for sex slaves. Their children were slaves too, even though their fathers were Hebrew. God sets the rules for disciplining your slaves, as long as they don't die from the beating in a day or two, everything is allowed. If they die, then you did a bad thing and have to make penance, but it is still ALLOWED that you beat them to death, just it is better if they die on the third day after beating. Also, girl slaves are for sex, that is what god decreed. God allows you to have MANY wives and MANY concubines, so the only one required to take a wedding VOW is the woman, the man can do as he pleases. God also set the fee and penalty for rape. If a man rapes, well, there are different rules for virgins and married woman, etc. But, if a man rapes a virgin, and he gets caught, the bible is specific about getting caught, then he must pay her father 50 silver pieces, and then he gets to marry the girl he raped, and he gets to rape her any time he wants, the girl has no say and is bound to her rapist for the rest of her life! WHAT A LOVING GOD! PLEASE READ THE BIBLE, do not let idiots tell what is in there, they will guide you away from the actual words, and they will try to EXPLAIN that it doesn't mean what it actually says. The Song of Solomon is NEVER preached in a church, because when you read it, you realize that the King is taking a girl child, who is not yet developed, and swaddling her in clothing to hide her youth, so that the PEOPLE will not get upset at him taking her to the WEDDING CHAMBER along with her sister. It is a love song, but it certainly includes the woman's younger sister in the process. PREACHERS will try to tell you that the child is the Hebrew People or The Christian Church. Don't believe it, Solomon recorded the words himself and preserved them. (Not really.)
When I was reconciled to God at age 17, someone much wiser than myself told me to begin by reading the gospel of John, then the New Testament end to end, then ask for guidance on which book to read next. Been reading whole books (sometimes whole sections) ever since. I read Genesis through Revelation after walking with God several decades. Nothing like reading Old Testament only for six months to get some sense of how revelatory the words of Jesus are! (Try reading Job by whole speeches; you see more clearly the arguments.)

Never quit! I've read the entire Bible multiple times and rarely get stumped on trivia questions on this channel. However, I'm always learning something new in the manner of gleaning new meaning from scriptures I've read before. Sometimes you get the new meaning from life experiences that put in you in a new situation to have better appreciation for the scripture, sometimes you're mind may be more focused, but at all times by having your heart open to receive God's Word and to be taught by it. We communicate with Him through prayer, and He communicates to us via His Word. God bless and good luck with the resolution!

I answered all with ease except #14, I highly suggest looking up the Shepherds Chapel Bible quiz if you are as Biblcally litterate as I am, they are on youtube. I'm surprised I can still remember so much of the Word at my old age that I learned in my youth.. Pastor Arnold Murray was a great teacher that I learned from.
