One large room encompasses the kitchen, dining table and living room.
It has a separate bedroom and one bath with shower.
The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. I’m willing to take these out if you have your own supplies and appliances,
The living room has a full couch and a single bed that acts as a couch or bed, bookshelves, and coffee table. There is no cable TV or TV provided. However, I can provide that at extra cost.
There is a small dining table that seats 4.
The bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, bookshelves and a chest of drawers.
The shower has hot water from an instantaneous hot water heater outside, not on the shower head.
Next to the cabin is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are also clothes lines I would love for you to use, but you do have a dryer if you prefer. You also have some storage space there.
You have a partially covered patio closed in to prevent my dogs from invading your space.
There are four other houses on the property. The house is equipped with window protection and there are solar cameras surveying the property at all times.
We do all landscaping and garden maintenance. We have fruit trees, avocado, mango, limes, cas, guava and other exotic fruits. There is a vegetable garden that you are welcome to partake in. a compost pile, recycling area, and garbage pick up twice a week.
This cabin is for 1-2 people. It’s quiet and secure, a great place to work in home office.
Did I mention an incredible view of the valley at night?
We are not on a bus route. You can get a taxi for 1,000 colones or Uber to town or it’s a 10 min walk downhill. Buses run to Heredia and Alajuela. Santa Barbara has many places to shop, banks, restaurants and a local market on Saturday.
