Like it was said before in the comments here Toji Tamaki was the singer and composer of this song but it talks about Yoshiro Yamaguchi, she's a woman who left Japan during WW2 to live in China she was known as the Judy Garland of China and Japan. She changed her name in China and learn Mandarin people in China loved her. She was a good singer but no one knew of her Japanese origins. After the war her identity was revealed and the people who loved wanted her gone. She was deported back to Japan never to see China again.

Great reaction. The Japanese reactors say his pronunciation and articulation is spot on which is what the Chinese reactors said. That in and of itself is pretty amazing. I've watched in awe for 3+ years now and he continually works hard on the perfection of his craft. I think that many of his performances are masterpieces. You're right it's angelic quality.
He learns the songs phonetically. On the Singer playlist he knew very little English however he did "The Show Must Go On" and "Hello" and "Uptown Funk" phonetically. Which proves his attention to detail and total professionalism towards getting the song right.

This is the first time Dimash has sung in Japanese. (I believe he sang this walking through an airport once) So, 13 languages now. 😄 Dimash has performed at the Jazz Festival for the past 2 years, but they had to be virtual because of quarantine. He performed "S.O.S" and "Samaltau".

In fact, Dimash sang this song for the first time at ‘I’m a singer’ in 2017 in Chinese. The Chinese title of the song is ‘Late Autumn’’ or ‘ Autumn Strong’. Then, he’s performed it many times in his concerts and even won an award in Hong Kong. This song is originally in Japanese and Koji Tamaki is the original singer. If you check out the Gloria Wu’s page, you can learn the true story behind the song and watch his performance in Chinese. 😊 I can say that although I’ve heard it many times from Dimash, this one is something else. Like it was said before in the comments here Toji Tamaki was the singer and composer of this song but it talks about Yoshiro Yamaguchi, she's a woman who left Japan during WW2 to live in China she was known as the Judy Garland of China and Japan. She changed her name in China and learn Mandarin people in China loved her. She was a good singer but no one knew of her Japanese origins.
After the war her identity was revealed and the people who loved wanted her gone. She was deported back to Japan never to see China again.

Great reaction. The Japanese reactors say his pronunciation and articulation is spot on which is what the Chinese reactors said. That in and of itself is pretty amazing. I've watched in awe for 3+ years now and he continually works hard on the perfection of his craft. I think that many of his performances are masterpieces. You're right it's angelic quality.

He learns the songs phonetically. On the Singer playlist he knew very little English however he did "The Show Must Go On" and "Hello" and "Uptown Funk" phonetically. Which proves his attention to detail and total professionalism towards getting the song right.
