- How do you create sun light rays in photoshop? Simple, glad you asked. We can create fake light rays or fake sun light rays in photoshop using the gradient adjustment layer. If you want to step it up a level then be sure to watch the video where we go over clipping masks and adding more ambiance and atmosphere to really make the image pop and come to life.

Dude, I dig the way you captured what real editing feels like. Thank you for the awesome ideas. My new favorite PS channel.
+Joshua Boyd hey. Thanks for the feedback and those are some very kind words! Thanks again and happy photoshopping!!!
I've been browsing through multiple tutorials these past few weeks and in the first 5 3 minutes of your video, I learnt something new that I've always had a problem with. Your content deserves a 100x more subs
Thanks. I appreciate it
This is amazing! Thank you for making this.
Exactly what I as looking for and super easy to follow. Thanks!
How come this amazing tutorial doesn't have 928304983094820394 likes ?!!
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Loved it!
Many thanks for an awesome tutorial! I’ve always made light rays using a scribbled splodge and then radial blur but your method is so much more elegant!
Right on - but with everything there is no “correct” way - just what works for you!
Thank you for taking the time to explain the edits as you did this. :)
For your content's quality, you deserve more subs.
Appreciate it kind stranger - thanks for watching/for the feedback
Very clever, thanks a lot.
WHAT a powerful technique. I can think of a zillion ways to use it right now. Tnx! And yes I'd like to see the Snow action; also similarly a Star Field action for making outer space scenes.
Right on. I’ve got a few videos lined up in my queue but I’ll be sure to make those!
brand new to photoshop and stumbled upon this. thank you so much this was what I needed
Thanks for stumbling this way 🤣😳
Convert to smart object before masking and setting to linear dodge : this way you will be able to use Transformation > Perspective !
Amazing!thank you so much!💯❤🔥🔥
No problem! ✌🏻🙏
Nice! Keep it up!
Thanks 🙏

Quality comment 🙏
Thank you very much! With love from Ukraine ❤
You’re welcome- stay safe
Can you explain about action and how to make snow, rain or other effects?
If you look at my other videos I have a free snow action and show how to make/use it
What a brilliant video, thank you for sharing. Towards the end of the video, you mentioned adding 'dust', is there a video on how you did this please?
I don’t have a video on dust, but I can try and take a stab at it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Simple?
I lost the colours I wanted when I pressed export. What do i do to keep them?
Edit: I solved the problem with this video if anyone else has this problem too: watch?v=X8nYJnCMn-0
I’m assuming it was a colorspace issue. Either sRGB or incorrect color space
Maybe when I changed the rays I made to HSB@@Secondcropcreative
