Tinglestormy!! Loved it!! 😊 Also all the scratchings and sounds with the tooth stuff! (About fav mics: I use a Zoom H4n, which I bought for music recording, but I think I like them all: Tascam, Blue Yeti, Zoom, 3Dio, etc... also the basic cellphones mics! Because I think everyone has its own possibilities, and just because I love variety and white noise is a good trigger for me, so I'm not afraid of noisy mics 😉). Greetings from Italy!

Be calm with Becca I'd go with the 3dio, but this one is really good as well. It will surely further improve the quality of your work! Your old mic had a slight buzzing sound in the background, this one is crisp clear 😀

Zoom H4N > 3dio, especially for brushing vids
Gosh those fluffy ear picks and a Tascam make the most sensitive and rough sounds that are so tingly ☺️💕 this whole video is absolutely amazing I almost fell asleep quite a few times 😂💜 oh and p.s this was *ages* ago I know , but that eye test went well lol (if you don't ,remember I commented on your eye test video saying I was due for one anyway and you wished me luck haha)
The Tascam is a stereo recorder and not binaural! The microphones are not spaced widely enough for it to be considered as a "binaural" recorder...
If you look on the box it even says that it's a Stereo recorder & not binaural. You need 2 microphones spaced at least a "headspace" apart for it to be considered as binaural.

dunno why but it certainly gave me the tingles. Also were did you get that dentists mirror ? I want one, it's a long story but it would be to do with observing line of sight for a table game named Necromunda using a laser pen.

it certainly has a good quality of sound. why it is making sound on the left side of earphone when u brush it on "R" side of ur microphone and vise versa..
My guess is, she did that on purpose for ASMR reasons. This way you visually match the direction of the sound with which side of the screen it's coming from.

Coffee House Media The DR-05 doesn't as it's the most basic Tascam model and one of the first. The DR-40 & other newer models do.
