I am also very much digging the elevated hips for figure 4. Thank you for that cue. I am 5’0’ with shorter arms so I always had so much tension in my arms to make the reach around to my calf. With hips elevated- gravity does more of the work and I can enjoy more full body relation in the pose. Wonderful and thank you!

I saw a short on nyasa and look it is inside this one all of scantuary. i adapted figure 4 for my cat awaken with the leg in the air while playing with my feet. Thx 😇😀🤩
