Metal storm I kept doing a bit more research into it. It has something to do with limited molds atm and reusing parts (including hero factory). It also has to do with the fact bionicle may be loved, but the later 30% of the series lost money/ sales and went off. (this is why it disapeared for a year) now it's back, they are using a better system atm (the same one hero factory and more use) to cut back costs and continue it with better ease. For eg even if this new bionicle die, we still have the parts of other sets from the same system and we can go pinch stuff from those sets to replace lost parts or create other bionicle sets with non bionicle sets and/or purchasing it via the spare parts shop. I do not disagree with this but I really want them to think hard on the way how they model the bionicle, some of them look a bit to comical. They also need new chest plates and remember that bionicle is a biological mechanic being. not some knight in armour or a robot. That and there naming system... "skull spiders" -shivers-. Rahkshi , Bohrok, etc... always sound much better.

Bionicle 2015 uses a modified version of the CCBS system, one which uses Technic elements such as the gearbox in order to maximize both form and function. It's not the exact same as Hero Factory. Same build, different application. This was all my wording, not someone else's.

Thinking back on how I first got into bionicle. I dont remember what kind of store I saw them in, but I remember they were the Inika there. I remembered seeing those badass toys on tv not so long ago, it was amazing. I told my dad "Hey dad, I wanna get one of those" He replied "Maybe you'll get one for your birthday". Of course it did happen, I remember when I opened up Hahli Inika, such a magical feeling. I played with it all day, and all night. I must've been six or seven by then... Anyways that's how it started. I later began collecting the matoran, Piraka, and all but Jaller of the inika(Note: I got Hahli 3 times over the years XD). In 2007 when they'd gone underwater, I fell in love with the Barraki. The main reason, was again, due to the amazing advertising. Good christ was that an amazing add. I'd run to catch it on tv. I remember at one of the McDonald's where I lived has a tv in the playing area and it came on and my brother and I sprinted to see it. I'd gotten 3/6 barraki(Sadly I missed Carapar Pridak and Mantax). Later, yet again, another god-like commercial came out for the mahri, which honestly, didnt feel like a toy commercial, but almost like an epic scene from a video game or a movie. Around that year I was really getting into the internet and I remember finding a bionicle series nammed "The legend of Hydros" or something like that. Later on I saw the makuta(At this point we were in 2008). Seeing the shadow leeches corrupt the main character along with those sick ads made me NEED to get them. Initially I was writing this because it was more of a trip down memory lane, but I began realizing a pattern, on something the old had. No it's nothing to do with the sets or "Hero Factory wannabee" shit. I'm talking about the advertisement part. Notice the biggest thing that lured me in was always the advertisement. It almost brought a feeling of mystery. Not gonna lie, until last year I never read the books, and I thought the Barraki were just mindless sea creatures lol. Anyways what those adds brought about was some intrigue to get into the story and shit, and built up a mystery that the reader wanted to find out. Now while I enjoyed G2, if they attempt a G3, this is what theyll have to fix. Don't reveal the entire plot right away, you need to build up mystery. G1 proved that this worked after all, like look at how well it worked, despite it's decline near the end but like shit. Anyways I'm out of words to say, gonna go enjoy the rest of this video, ciao

I remember at one of the McDonald's where I lived has a tv in the playing area and it came on and my brother and I sprinted to see it. I'd gotten 3/6 barraki(Sadly I missed Carapar Pridak and Mantax). Later, yet again, another god-like commercial came out for the mahri, which honestly, didnt feel like a toy commercial, but almost like an epic scene from a video game or a movie. Around that year I was really getting into the internet and I remember finding a bionicle series nammed "The legend of Hydros" or something like that. Later on I saw the makuta(At this point we were in 2008). Seeing the shadow leeches corrupt the main character along with those sick ads made me NEED to get them.
Initially I was writing this because it was more of a trip down memory lane, but I began realizing a pattern, on something the old had.
No it's nothing to do with the sets or "Hero Factory wannabee" shit.
I'm talking about the advertisement part.
Notice the biggest thing that lured me in was always the advertisement. It almost brought a feeling of mystery. Not gonna lie, until last year I never read the books, and I thought the Barraki were just mindless sea creatures lol. Anyways what those adds brought about was some intrigue to get into the story and shit, and built up a mystery that the reader wanted to find out.
Now while I enjoyed G2, if they attempt a G3, this is what theyll have to fix. Don't reveal the entire plot right away, you need to build up mystery. G1 proved that this worked after all, like look at how well it worked, despite it's decline near the end but like shit. Anyways I'm out of words to say, gonna go enjoy the rest of this video, ciao
When i was 2-3 years old, my dad bought me my 2 first bionicles, shillex and that makuta fly thing,
it was cheaper than normal, and my dad thought they looked cool, and thats how i got into bionicle.
