I remember how much I liked the character when he first appeared back in 2011 and then I saw this video and then was wishing for Miles to be more recognized and more attention. Now 8 years later 2020 we get a game right after his movie. Honestly Miles getting attention is like seeing a child grow into something amazing.

Watched this when I was 10 now I’m 20 and shows me how far the character has grown in just a decade, I used to buy the issues when they first started their run weekly for £2-3 when they came out waiting for the next chapter and now 2 films later and a video game everyone loves him

Miles isn't Peter, he never will be. But he's got guts, loyalty, and bravery. He knows that every time he puts the mask on, he could end up like Peter. This makes him Spider-Man, but he sure as heck ain't the Ultimate Spider-Man.

I remember looking at this video years ago back in high school and I love that it popped on my recommended videos to watch even tho it’s 11 years old now. I watched this video and it literally gave a through impression of miles morales and literally I love that in every aspect of this video it’s literally him going through hardships and it’s constantly revisiting the overall message fo miles morales which is that in order fo him to be his best Spider-Man he shouldn’t be wondering wat Peter would do and just do wat he would. And I think that’s y I love Miles’ character cuz yes he’s still Spider-Man but he’s not a copy, he’s his own hero

And when I heard about Miles Morales I told all of my friends that there was an African American spiderman and nobody believed me and I was the super hero nerd when I was 5 and for once nobody believed. But then years passed by the movie came out and all of my friends came to me and told me that the spiderman I told them was true and they all apologize to me and everyone now believed me. I remember seeing this around the same time I watch “Marvel knights spider-man time of dying amv) which I just watched and these songs were really nice to listen to after 7 or so years. Sadly the original was since deleted but there is a version uploaded as substitute and it’s hard to find probably cause its pretty bad quality. Nice to see some other also came back to this video :p.

Spider-Man has been my favorite super hero ever since I was 4 years old and he's also been a role model to me and to everyone else so for that reason he will never be forgotten
Is there a way to double like this?! Being a hero is hard, but even though there are a million ways of saying who is a hero, only two things define them- holding on to their morals no matter what, and getting up when they're pushed down, not just for them but for everyone around them. Miles Morales became Spider-Man, not when he put on the suit, but the moment he was willing to sacrifice everything for what he cared about just like Peter Parker. There are a million Spideys but Miles is no doubt one of my favorites.

i remember the first time i was introduced to miles, i was 9... 7 years later, he is still my favorite spider-man, he still is my role-model, cause the biggest thing about miles is he took up the mantel of spider-man, keeping the symbol and spirit of the spider man alive, but at the same time adding his own flare and leaving his own marks on the same symbol and name, spider-man will forever go down in history as the best super hero, and he will always be the one that i loved the most.

He's not the first replacement for a hero. From Richard Rider to Sam Alexander, from Hector Ayala to Ava Ayala, from T'Challa to Shuri, from Steve Rogers to Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson. etc
Even when heroes die, their mantles, ideals and influences do not. Heroes are meant to inspire one another and hope they follow in their footsteps ....and Miles Morales proved that too. He along with others would go on to honour those who preceeded them. That is all.
