    Origin:
    1-Inferior 2/3 of the Posterior Surface of the Fibula
    2-Inferior 2/3 of the Interosseous Membrane
    Insertion:
    Distal Phalanx of the 1st (Big) Toe
    Functions:
    1-Plantar Flexion of the Foot @ the Ankle Joint
    2-Flexion of the 1st Digit @ the MTP & IP Joints
    3-Inversion of the Foot @ the Subtalar Joint
    Nerve:
    Tibial Nerve
    Activation: (Prone) Flexion of the 1st Toe @ MTP and IP with Plantar Flexion of the Foot
    Lengthening: (Supine) Extension of the 1st Toe @ MTP and IP with Dorsiflexion of the Foot
