Wow Kathleen! This resonated beautifully. All my life I've been a giver, even extravagantly and sometimes self sacrificially! Yet , I have never been a gracious receiver! Exactly as you said, I would try to match and outdo gifts I received. I became aware of this problem but was clueless what to do to change it. Last week , for no apparent reason, a security guard at work just presented me with a chocolate and a bottle of flavoured water. I was so surprised , and accepted graciously and even felt deep pleasure and appreciation instead of my usual thoughts of, 'What can I do for him in return?' This was a milestone for me! I reflected on it as I shared the chocolate (calories) with my daughter... And now you post this beautiful encouragement and explanation. Thank you🙏🏾.
Ppl can't be told how to be it is a knowing and a doing.. it can't be taught... As difficult as it is when feelings are involved.. just let go and trust the process
And that is why some people who win large amounts of money are unable to hold on to it, unfortunately wasting it, spending it foolishly until it's gone. They are not resonating with it, not believing they deserve it etc. Also has to be said that if the energies of both DF and DM once matched for however briefly, then unless the DM has shifted to at least match that of the DF there can be no energetic relationship, friendship never mind union romantic or otherwise in the 3D because both will now be vibrating at different frequencies.
Agree, however the feminine will pull them along so long as she anchors down the energy and the more twins who do the easier it will become because the frequency of the planet is shifting. It’s all part of the this ascension cycle.
I first came to know of 'energy', meditation, the metaphysical world, mind control, spirit guides etc over 45 years ago and subsequently went on to work with 'energy' for many years. If I had a dollar for every time I heard that the energy or frequency of the universe was shifting I'd be a rich man. We had that with Reiki, which I worked with along the way, we then had it said of the indigo kids, then starseeds and God knows who else. We were all shifting it. Every single modality of energy healing etc has claimed it. We had this talk of The Age of Aquarius and how great that is supposed to be. How's that working out for us all? And especially those in Gaza. And that's just today. There is no shift. War, disease and famine is as common as it always was. If not worse. India with all its gurus still has the most dreadful caste system and poverty. This idea that twin flames are going to shift universal energy by ascending etc is the same claim made by many others through the ages and fortunately or unfortunately I'm old enough to have lived through them. If I can be a nicer better behaving person as a result of this particular spiritual journey and another I began over 30 years ago I'll be a contented man and have no need for this stuff about being part of a universal shift. *That* would be ego. To each his own.

The twinflame came back into my DMs two days ago after nearly a year of silence. I told her off by telling her it's not right to just ghost close friends. She apologized and blamed it on drugs. Then started to make more low-energy excuses so I left her on "Read". Won't accept that ego. There's more important things to do for me than deal with that low vibrational energy. I knew she would come back but I also knew I had to call her out to set a new standard. Outcomes doesn't matter, I just want my energy back so I can do what I need to do with my own 3D life. She can stay on "Read" until she has the ability to talk about her feelings and not be so unconscious and selfish. I don't have to do anything anymore. Just do my own thing.
Calling her out is the same as being in ego. You have to resonate this is a deep spiritual connection to help you shift out of the need to call anyone out, as that’s ego itself. This is much bigger than being focused on the behaviour of others. She is literally showing aspects of yourself ❤️
Poor choice of words. I was establishing boundaries on how I wanted to be treated (not ghosted for no reason), so she could gain more awareness of my needs a soul within our shared soul system. It was still bring light to her behavior, but the end goal is love, it just takes some communation to get there. If I let her come back and said nothing that bothered me, I would not be standing in my own soul energy and holding onto it, and let her walk all over me. I am in soul, my own soul. I intend to protect my own soul energy, which is her's as well. At the end of the day I know I can just love her but I have to set a standard of how I want to be treated. If I treat myself right, she will follow as DM. The calling out was, then, a necessary condition on me treating myself right.@@awakeningmeraki
@@owenkato956 Absolutely. That is the very core of unconditional love and detachment with love. See the God essence in the other, love them unconditionally but get the hell out of there if there's bullsh*t flying. Love them, not the behaviour. It is not God's will that you live in a toxic environment. Regardless of twin flame or anything else. This echoes my point earlier, if the teachings that the counterpart shifts as we do are true, then either they haven't shifted or you haven't. If you're happy you've shifted as best you can then it's either enough for you or it isn't. We must remember that low self worth, lack of self love and self respect had us accepting some unacceptable behaviour. And a lot worse if you read comments. That was all very fine and dandy when we needed to be triggered and forced onto a spiritual journey and awakening but now that we're on that journey, it doesn't make any sense spiritually to go back to accepting unacceptable behaviour. It is my belief and just for me, that after the DM has triggered us their job is done and even focusing on them to any degree is a waste of time and good energy. If we then focus on our own growth and let everything unfold as it's meant to and as per all the ancient teachings such as Wu Wei, we cannot go wrong
the way i understand it, TFs can only communicate ‘in the present’ not past or future…that being the case…rehashing past issues (while however valid w/anyone else) doesn’t work here… however if she shows up and continues same said behavior ‘now’, for sure put up your ‘self-love’ boundaries…leave on read whatever… any other energy puts us below neutrality (conscious scale wise) i had a hard time releasing same issues…but now in totally different state… they are just playing out what is in our subconscious as Kathleen says as well… your story resonates so just wanted to share…at least she came back, you’re on the right track…curious of Kathleen’s input

Relationship coaches( and I know that this isn't about relationships as we know them) will tell you that the percentage of people who leave relationships and return is actually quite high. They estimate in and around 60% or higher. They will also talk of the well known phenomenon of when we stop thinking of them and wanting them back that is when they'll appear. Back to energy again. But here's the thing....if we don't heal/change etc then they won't stay. So once again, it's about being able to shift our energy so that they might stay. As is also known, many times when 'they' come back, we have changed so much we don't want them anymore. The question is....are we consigned to be in connection for ever more with the DM regardless......🤔

It’s all about the frequency and when someone is sitting in lack energy, they don’t know how to accept the gift that they deem outside of something they feel they are not worthy on.
Omg Kathleen, my DM gave me gifts and bought me small things and we had a fight last week and I gave him all his gifts back. He turned cold towards me, blocked me from 4 days. He then came back but he is so different now. He is distant towards me and now is not giving me much attention. He is really being cold towards me. How do I change this

I'm going on 4 years married this year with my dm. I'm finally as of January reversing roles into receiving however I want to give my husband a wedding ring now. I wear an engagement ring, but we never exchanged rings in the beginning. How can I present the ring and maintain receiving energy?
It’s about being very present and coming from an energy of not pushing out but as an acknowledgement of the connection. Have zero expectations of how it’s received from their end. The main thing is you need to be doing this from a space of choosing you and not from a space of need, want, control or that low vibrational stuff. Trust your intuition ❤️❤️❤️

DF = is the conscious/fully awake to this connection, also the receiving energy. DM = could be slightly awake or spiritual, however will not always share. They can be rather aloof until in their full masculinity but can’t get there until the feminine rises up first. The are the giving energy.
So, basically, if the DM isn’t giving to you; aka, initiating conversation, get-togethers, gifts, etc, then a) they’re not interested to you and/or b) their DM energy isn’t healthy? How does one avoid coming across as cold or aloof when being in one’s receiving energy?
