The separation in my experience is what drives us DF to do the spiritual work because nothing matters more than love and separation is so hurtful we want them back. I've come to appreciate my DM strength to keep us apart- I respect him so much and I've become healthier because of this. It's our responsibility to heal ourselves.
I can only speak to my own experience. We separated 13 years ago. I was heart broken. I did much self examination and decided that I lost him due to my insecurities (note: I had NO IDEA about twin flames and didn’t even believe in soulmates). I committed afterwards to living the best life I could without him. I also committed to fixing my life, bit by bit. Ultimately, that included leaving my husband (my karmic partner which represented my fear of aloneness). Once I did that, mystical things happened that I couldn’t explain. It was reunion signs. Mind you, I had no idea about twin flames. It was last week in April I discovered what twin flames were and my mind was blown. My life made so much sense. This discovery kicked off my kundalini awakening. I went through an obsessive stage (we all do) about his coming back, until recently when I committed to healing and going within. Then, they (spirits I suppose) were helping to heal me by working on my chakras….you can feel this physically, sometimes it’s painful. Today, it was miraculous. I woke up feeling so much love and happiness! And my concern about my TF, as to when and how he’ll come back, is gone! It’s as if I no longer care about when/how or even “if” he’ll be back. And I’m still happy!

We have many missions. I'm a male but a Divine Feminine. Many Divine Feminine are males. We stop giving is correct, BUT in reality we still "give" just in forms of breadcrumbs - intuitive outbursts, truth bombs. We don't "chase", we "attract" (we literally create their future through planting breadcrumbs they will follow), In terms of interaction - we don't "ignore", because then we don't "attract". This is where I believe people start a repression of their intuition and heart (as well as sexual energies). They take the "pull back of energies" literal. And they repress. When you allow the Intuitive force to take over - it's literally God acting through you. You KNOW when to interact and what to say. It's an ongoing debate in the community. In my own case, the Intuitive guiding I got was the dream - I could be a positive force in my twin flame's life. Not an affirmation that I should, just a potential that I could. When or when not to give energies requires a fine tuning of discernment. Understanding nuance. It demands growth on all levels. I've told her about my sexual attraction creating a potential future - I don't push, I'm just a portal waiting until eternity. When she is ready she can decide to enter the portal. But she has to be made aware that the portal exists (in terms of my direct honesty). In other words, if you have any feelings for your twin flame, or strong attraction, keeping it hidden is low vibration. You fear some form of rejection and abandonment. At least that is my view. Just jumping in to share what I do when this happens like some days more than usual, rando facts abt him keep appearing i.e birthday date, country, fav song - I just thank the universe for reminding me of this journey and wish him well , then start to focus on what I was already doing before the reminders pop up. IT IS HARD because we are so used to missing/thinking of the DM, but the brain is a muscle that can be worked on lol - I am using neuroscience here now, so when DM thoughts pop up, say thank you and then work on yourself again - as you keep doing it, your brain will consciously go back to yourself and DM will be thrown to the back of the mind till the next reminder appears , haha I hope this helps! In a way, it's like we are retraining our subconscious (DM) minds to work to the benefits of our conscious (DF) minds!

The separation in my experience is what drives us DF to do the spiritual work because nothing matters more than love and separation is so hurtful we want them back. I've come to appreciate my DM strength to keep us apart- I respect him so much and I've become healthier because of this. It's our responsibility to heal ourselves.

I can only speak to my own experience. We separated 13 years ago. I was heart broken. I did much self examination and decided that I lost him due to my insecurities (note: I had NO IDEA about twin flames and didn’t even believe in soulmates). I committed afterwards to living the best life I could without him. I also committed to fixing my life, bit by bit. Ultimately, that included leaving my husband (my karmic partner which represented my fear of aloneness). Once I did that, mystical things happened that I couldn’t explain. It was reunion signs. Mind you, I had no idea about twin flames. It was last week in April I discovered what twin flames were and my mind was blown. My life made so much sense. This discovery kicked off my kundalini awakening. I went through an obsessive stage (we all do) about his coming back, until recently when I committed to healing and going within. Then, they (spirits I suppose) were helping to heal me by working on my chakras….you can feel this physically, sometimes it’s painful. Today, it was miraculous. I woke up feeling so much love and happiness! And my concern about my TF, as to when and how he’ll come back, is gone! It’s as if I no longer care about when/how or even “if” he’ll be back. And I’m still happy!

We have many missions. I'm a male but a Divine Feminine. Many Divine Feminine are males. We stop giving is correct, BUT in reality we still "give" just in forms of breadcrumbs - intuitive outbursts, truth bombs. We don't "chase", we "attract" (we literally create their future through planting breadcrumbs they will follow),
In terms of interaction - we don't "ignore", because then we don't "attract". This is where I believe people start a repression of their intuition and heart (as well as sexual energies). They take the "pull back of energies" literal. And they repress.

I've told her about my sexual attraction creating a potential future - I don't push, I'm just a portal waiting until eternity. When she is ready she can decide to enter the portal. But she has to be made aware that the portal exists (in terms of my direct honesty). For over a year, he’s been telling me he doesn’t want a relationship and wants to be left alone. I am confused about the DM and DF. As to my understanding, we have both within us and need to balance this out inside of ourselves. I like to think of a feminine being the nurturer ,so think a kind loving thought and go about your business as one might do with their children.
Just jumping in to share what I do when this happens like some days more than usual, rando facts abt him keep appearing i.e birthday date, country, fav song - I just thank the universe for reminding me of this journey and wish him well , then start to focus on what I was already doing before the reminders pop up. IT IS HARD because we are so used to missing/thinking of the DM, but the brain is a muscle that can be worked on lol - I am using neuroscience here now, so when DM thoughts pop up, say thank you and then work on yourself again - as you keep doing it, your brain will consciously go back to yourself and DM will be thrown to the back of the mind till the next reminder appears , haha I hope this helps! In a way, it's like we are retraining our subconscious (DM) minds to work to the benefits of our conscious (DF) minds!
