Must say, thank you for all the Rebel 500 content, your content is the responsible for making me decide to get one, and man, it's a REALLY fun bike!! Keep up the good work! Cheers from Portugal!
Of course, thank you for the kind words!! I’m glad you are having a ton of fun on your Rebel! Ahh man, Portugal is a place I would love to visit someday.
Looking at the grom sence i do short commute like 4 miles there and back and nothing over 50 mph or z500 or the rebal still deciding the grol will get in 2 months or other ones in February
When I get my im gonna give it the bagger look. Hard bags and the headlight cowl windshield. Backseat with backrest and probably a sissy bar for.that good 70s look
What on earth have you done to the clutch and break levers 😅😂 I also have a rebel 500 same colour but that clutch and break lever choice is interesting 😂😂😂
@@jamesnoonan7450 hahaha. They are actually pretty cool levers, they are my favorite color as well! I had to swap them out because my clutch lever broke when I dropped the bike.
I had a 650 vstar in 2005 thur 2009 Had bad accident. So in 22 I bought a Honda Navi. 1st time I rode since 2009. Last summer picked up a new Grom. And a used cbr600fx.. guess what wrecked the 600. 😂 I'm going to buy a 300 or 500 with abs. I just went and was sitting on them and pushing them around. Weights a factor.i need 2 new knees. They felt great, low center of gravity, and felt like they weighed the same. 300 out the door about 5800 and the 500 about 7k. The 500 had a couple extras on it. So im getting 1. They both sit lower the grom and navi. 😂 Buy the way I'm keeping the navi.. It's just to fun.
Wow, thank you for sharing your journey. Glad to hear that you are getting back on the bike after all this time. I really think the comfort of the Rebel 500 and the low seat height makes a a great bike. Ride safe!
Coworkers ask me why dont I ride to work in winter. I say its too cold. Coworkers ask me why dont I ride to work in summer. I say its too hot. Coworkers ask me when CAN I ride to work? I say that one day a few weeks ago, but it rained.
I have a 30 minute commute to work and really appreciate the Rebel 500 on a daily basis.
That’s so cool! 30 minutes it’s perfect!
Great video! Love all the Rebel content and the various models …. What is the crash bar you have on the bike?
@@DogMania thank you, glad you are enjoying the content! No crash bar on the bike yet, maybe something coming in the future.

Good idea! You can definitely do that with the Rebel!
Yay, new video!
Yep! Glad to get one up today!
I'd like to get one but the rain scares me.
@@HAMILTONPROVIDEO totally understandable, I hate riding in the rain and avoid it as much as possible!

How many weeks to drain a one full tank of fuel?
@@islawmartin7771 depends on the week! Takes about 155 miles per tank.

@@jayeshjahagirdar9589 around 50-55 depending riding type. I’m sure it could be better if I was trying real hard to save on fuel.

You must be from Winnipeg
Hahaha fair. Unfortunately, some places aren’t easy to commute to work in. I know I can really only do it during the summer here in Western WA.
I like the 500 NX better 😆😆
Fair enough, I need to check that bike out more!
