The cardigan looks beautiful on you, but I really hate that they marketed it as oversized when it's meant to fit you. I've seen brands do this. If it's oversized in modeling pictures, when I order my size, I expect it to be oversized on me in my size. That's why we want to see the clothing modelled, not on a hanger - to see how it will look.
I think the cardigan that was supposed to be oversized looked great on you the way it fit tighter. That is how I like to wear my cardigans.
