Plane shift can do something for combat . one way trip to some monsters
well it require and attack roll and then a save which is quire rough but there's a chance to send a kraken to the elemental plane of fire for some roasted calamari
is there a competition among dnd youtubers to figure out who comes up with the dumbest way of saying simulacrum?

Flame strike is a garbage level 5 spell - clearly you meant firestorm.
A wizard 1 sorcerer 19 could even use similacrum after using all their sorcery points for flexible casting... actually it only says they can't regain spell slots so could it regain sorcery points?
Meh, why are things so vague? Oh well, that's what being DM is for.
I think you are sorely underestimating the power of Teleport. Whilst it only be used for a single plane of existence, the utility of being able to travel wherever you have been and back again reliably and without delay is game changing in most campaigns. Having to travel 3 weeks across the continent to go find that relic? Teleport. Need a safe place to rest and relax after a combat whilst still in a potentially hostile environment? Teleport. Need to return to the place you left for a rest? Teleport.
Whilst Plane Shift opens up other planes potentially, it is totally DM dependant on whether or not they want to run a game outside the world they have created. Teleport doesn't break the game, but changes it, and makes the PCs much more flexible.
I liked your list and agree with all but Plane Shift, which is situational best, and never used at worst imo. Substitute Teleport, which is far more often used in game. I've enjoyed your rankings :)

I mentioned this to you once before. I love the best spell series, but am not sure how useful that is in game play. It's fun, but I think talking about a particular classes spells is a better video. People may love Healing Word or Fireball or whatever, but unless you are a class that has the spell, there's nothing you can do about it. To me, a better series is...what the best cleric spells? The best paladin spells? The best sorcerer spells...or warlock or wizard? And on and on. This is giving somebody information that will be useful for their particular class.
Even better, since you have done top ten spells videos a lot, just do an analysis of particular class's spell list. Why is something a good spell or bad spell? Review the whole list of a particular class. This could even be then branched out into particular subclasses, where you think that's useful. Just a suggestion. I think people want info that they can use in their game.
Fractions round down. Your Simulacrums would hit 0 hp, long before you had a million of them. Still, you could have quite a few.
No teleport? Really?
