Orca (also known as Orca: The Killer Whale) is a 1977 American thriller film directed by Michael Anderson and produced by Dino De Laurentiis, starring Richard Harris, Charlotte Rampling and Will Sampson. The film follows a male orca whale tracking down and getting revenge on a boat captain for killing the whale's pregnant mate and their unborn calf.

Saw this movie a million times.. I too this day at 42 years old still have tears in my eyes when the male orca is pushing it's dead mate to shore I call it the Orca Funeral with the sad music... Nolan got what he deserved along with the others that were involved ! The Orca spared Rachel because the whale knew she wasn't there at the time when his mate and baby got ambushed and died
Ken and Umilak weren't as lucky. They weren't involved in the incident, and still got killed.
This actually showcases how consumed by rage the Orca was at that point of the movie. Makes the whole thing even sadder.
How Nolan, thanks to his terrible actions, made the Orca, a loving father and partner, turn into a bloodthirsty, vengeful creature

I always wondered why this kind of music isn't in the charts. The reason should be obvious. This music is way, way, way too good for those lists. In general, they are full of garbage. It would be an insult to this unsurpassed beauty of a melody.

She wasn’t on the boat, plus she went to the beach and read to the orcas dead mate
She wasn't guilty of any sin.
Had she been involved in the accident, she would've gotten killed earlier
