True, it was just the dead cat Borris launched onto the table to deflect attention. It's not a deterrent, why would any human trafficker care what happens to them? It's vastly expensive, so costing everyone far more than just letting everyone stay. It's illegal. It's just an insane idea. Sunak didn't want it to begin with, does anyone now? I’m currently abroad right now in the Middle East theirs so many refugees here in the country I’m currently at from other African or Middle Eastern countries for the sole purpose of 1 day making it to Europe there’s gangs here that exploit them put 100 people on rubber dingy boats that barely float on the big ocean do you know how much those people pay to be on those boats? They sell all their belongings and save up to get on them it costs around 10,000 dollars for a ticket on them rubber dingys you see get intercepted by European navies off their coast. Those people are so desperate and willing to risk dying in the ocean and sold everything they own do you think the possibility of going to Rwanda is going to stop them? It won’t they are risking the most valuable thing to them their life the possibility of going to Rwanda will not stop them. The boats will also keep moving because those human trafficker gangs will still get paid as-long as people pay to go on those boats

These flights will never take off.ive a very simple solution to a very simple problem,if you really want to stop these boats, all you have to do is just as they come to UK water's,have them stopped, give them 2 choices, first choice is tell them to turn the boat around and go back to france, second choice is,if they refuse to turn the boat around then just pop it and make them swim back to france, then put people on these French beaches and at these camps they stay at handing out flyers stating that all boats will be popped and there will be no rescue once they approach UK water's,sooner or later they will get it and it will stop.like I said,a very simple solution to a very simple problem,it's the only way.and to the people who wants these immigrants here YOU PAY FOR THEM,YOU FEED THEM,YOU HOUSE THEM.lets see how quickly you change your tune

You don’t seem to understand how the U.K. works. Parliament makes the laws and the judiciary determines how the laws work. It is specifically the judiciary’s job to determine how laws interact. If the government was serious about it they could have changed the relevant U.K. human rights laws to allow whatever they want and the only challenge would be in the ECHR. They didn’t do that instead they passed a law that might of worked as intended but would certainly have needed to be challenged in U.K. courts. Then before it could be challenged they went for an election.

Those routes aside. There is no safe route. If you are a teenager, or younger, who has just lost your family in Gaza, but has relatives in the UK willing to give you a home, you can't get to them. You can't get a visa.
