No I've developed my own me time that flows with my life, for example I set up oil burners and take a bath with 432 hz music playing and just the whole experience for me at the end of the day is better than meditating per say as I lay back and drift away. I found meditation was making me feel strange in front of my family who don't understand. So I now just incorporated my spiritual practices into every day life wich works for everyone in my family as I'm just bathing really. When my kids and partner watch their programs at night I draw pictures of whatever I'm thinking about and that too helps me deal with alot of my demons and again balances family life as I can't stand tv. So rather than resist or set time for myself I've naturally blended it all in with family life wich now flows better than ever and we are all happier as during my awakening I had some serious bumps in the road. I'm going to be starting a new channel soon with alot of focus on depression and anxiety as I have alot of experience throughout my awakening that not alot of youtube gurus talk about these subjects. I will be going from lessons on how to deal with the ego, depression, and finally ending up on subjects like law of attraction and quantum creating reality. It's all coming soon and I will be sure to advertise my channel for all you lovely people. Until then I wish you all the love and light.
olivier753 it's more like just letting the music play and just being silent and whatever works for the individual. I find by the time I've set my oil burners up and ran the bath put my towels out I'm telling the universe that I'm about to relax by focusing my actions in that direction and when I finally get in and lay back it seems that the universe has noticed my work and responded. At first I used to focus on the music as a focal point to empty my mind as I had alot of depression and it was hard but after repetition it just became much easier to relax. If it feels like you're trying too hard you'll probably get resistance trying to relax. You'll find that one day you've just developed a flow naturally taking you to the bathtub setting up your space and because it's in flow it works better. It will be alot easier to explain once I get the channel up and running but I have stunned some of the most enlightened people. And I really can show evidence of some truly amazing things I've created. My first advice is stick with something that feels easy to fit into the everyday and you'll notice life will loosen up and give you that space to relax when all life is balanced out. Some people meditate for hours and wonder why the universe won't respond it's because you have to balance out the spiritual and physical. Once you're at the stage where it all flows naturally then that's when all other spiritual laws are at your disposal. I will cover alot of good techniques that truly work. You chase the universe and it will run.. you chase your inner self and the universe is yours because it all happens within. As above so below. Spiritual balance is physical bliss

There was a time I had no patience for people who were hung up on ego and could not appreciate any beauty in anything. You know someone can acknowledge the beautiful if they are capable of wonder. People are no longer capable of wonder because they are no longer curious or interested in anything beyond the illusion of the paradise of instant gratification the culture has imprisoned them in.
