    Being a former criminal prosecutor there are a lot of good ethical hackers out there who have reported bugs and security flaws and systems that could have caused major loss of life and we owe them debt of gratitude.

    so, if the key changes while being observed, then potentially you could actualy securely send a one time pad.

    So, if the key is rendered useless to all when observed by an interloper - then that would give any interloper Denial of Service power over any such encryption scheme. Any third party could prevent the intended receiver from access to the message simply by attempting to read the key. Brilliant. So tell me, what genius is going to get the Turing Award for that brainstorm?
