He sexually harasses employees and clients, says racist, misogynistic things, regularly exposes personal information of others, disrupts actual work, abuses his authority, damages company property regularly, and makes employees do tasks for his personal life & benefit. He is a walking HR nightmare. And somehow the best branch manager because he lets employees goof off sometimes

Michael Scott taught us a valuable lesson: sometimes someone can seem like a jerk, but there's actually a really sweet and kind person hidden underneath those thick layers of jerk. The opposite of course is also true: sometimes a person can seem really nice, but underneath the veneer of niceness there's an absolute jerk hiding.
Pam's face after Michaels asks that to Karen is one of the most relatable expressions in this whole show. Michael usually gets a facepalm from me, if not a laugh. But that scene in particular made me feel exactly like Pam.
