    With silver perch you gotta cover the whole hook in worms and use a super small hook

    Well done Rob. Can you find out what brand of net Rowan has, as it's exactly what I am looking for, that is a folding type. Cheers

      Thanks Sam. At the end of this video there is a link to Rohans channel. On his channel you will see his video from this trip. I reckon if you pop onto the comments section and ask him there he will be more than happy to help you out mate. 👍👍

    Hey Robbie do you know if silvers have been stocked in the ovens I’m just wondering if they have ever been in the ovens?

    • @robbiefishing
      @robbiefishing  3 года назад +1

      Hi mate, not to my knowledge mate. They've been stocked into a few waterways along the Ovens, but none in the Ovens that I am aware of.

    Watched both your & Rohans Vids - ya reckon the difference in rigs was a factor?? You Paternoster & RKJ Running Rig??

    • @robbiefishing
      @robbiefishing  3 года назад +2

      Hey Pete, I do to a degree, but more importantly I think it may have been the different in sinker size. Rohan was using a much heavier sinker than Iwas.

    • @RKJFishing
      @RKJFishing 3 года назад +1

      I agree with Robbie, I was using much too heavy of a sinker. It was my first time fishing there, I was expecting some larger cod but we were met with loads of little silvers haha. Next time I will be better prepared!
