@@leticiamangao3016 I understand the point you are trying to make but not everyone is a child of YHWH. “By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother.” - 1 John 3:8. I believe I do not recognize him as a brother in Christ because for 1- in his song he says “Call me yeezus, I'm F'd in the head, maybe I'm bonkers”. To me a fellow brother would never use such a blasphemous name in a song praising Christ. 2- if he turned to Christ, he would make sure all the satanic songs he had in the past were removed because he wouldn’t want to lead anyone astray but only to Christ bc he is a changed person but just last month he released an album with devil horns on the cover, which one is he? A follower of Christ or the devil? If he’s saved why can’t he dismiss that album and tell everyone that that’s not him anymore and not to listen to it. It’s so clearly obvious that that album cover was satanic and many of the songs in it. And lastly Yahusha tells us in Matthew 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” He did not just say this for any reason, we must beware of those who say they are followers but are of the devil. Do not just trust anyone who features on one song about god and believe them. They’re is simply not enough proof to make a conscious decision that he is one of us. For now stay on guard because the enemy is looking for us to trip up and follow the wrong lead. I can go on and on about why I think eminem is not a follower but I pray that the Lord shows you what you need to know instead. Not saying eminem can’t become a follower one day but he has not displayed the fruits of the Spirit. I'll speak for me, as a believer in Jesus. I love that Eminem is speaking positively about Jesus, and I hope to see Marshall on the other side. He's always inspired me. I love how he has overcome so much. I've prayed for him to use his talents for the Lord in some way a long time ago. So this is so encouraging to me. Like every other believer on the planet, there is grace for his journey. I don't expect him to be perfect. That's not what Christianity is about. Salvation is a free gift to all who believe. As for me, I want to pray and support the guy, not judge and attack him. But I am absolutely convinced there's some random Christian on here calling him a fake believer based on their own judgmental assumptions. They represent themselves, not the church.
Eminem music helped me so much in my life, he motivated me and still is motivating me to this day. But same here, as a big fan, I'm sometimes worried about him and many times I was praying for Marshall to remember about Jesus in his life, and who knows? Maybe our prayers worked? He is so talened, one of the best in the whole rap game (for me, I don't want to start a fight here) and an amazing artist for sure. So I wish that when final days will come, God will remember about that no matter what, his music saved many lifes, and thats a very good thing. God doesn't need a "come back" "in this realm"? he is the God of the most high, omnipresent, everywhere at once. Never waiving. Always the same in his perfect Holiness. If God stopped working for even a millisecond everything you think you know would cease to exist. Humans need the "come back," they need to study scriptures. Just because one says/sings/raps they believe doesn't mean the do. Believing isn't just saying it. It's living it out in obedience to the scripture. Satan knows the Bible more than any human on earth. He is the deceiver of all things. He takes the scripture and twists it. That's why so many are claiming to be "Christians" "believers" yet are not obedient to the Word of God. There's so many denominations because Satan has used people to twist the scripture and lead people astray. They'll go to church but won't open their bible and test what they heard in Church to see if it's biblical. Most church's do not preach on the severity of sin, Repentance, and obedience. They give you a feel good message instead of teaching you the consequences of our sin. Sin, leads to facing the wrath of GOD. Satan will not be the one unrepentant sinners will face after this life, it will be God because they chose to continue to sin. Repentance is not walking up to the front of a church pew or stage and having someone say a silly prayer with you. Repenting is going before GOD admitting where you sinned against Him in a sorrowful way, crying out to Him for forgiveness. And then turning AWAY from that sin. Repentance literally means to turn away from. If one claims to be a believer but doesn't not cry out to God for him to save them, they are not saved. If one claims to be a believer but doesn't have any desire to be obedient then they have not been saved by God but certainly deceived by Satan. God saves who he wishes to save. Some will receive the wrath of God and some will receive Grace given to use through Jesus Christ dying on the cross. God doesn't have to save anyone and definitely won't save everyone. Everyone deserves the wrath of God for all mankind is fallen and sinful and wicked. Until they cry out in repentance for their sins against God they will perish. John 3:18 The one who believes in Him is NOT judged; the one who DOES NOT believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
