Witcher 3 is as close to perfect as a witcher game could be. I would be frankly shocked if Witcher 4 was anywhere near as good, and thats not me saying anything negative about CDPR whatsoever. Cyberpunk was awesome. I can't see them improving on witcher 3 in any way. Lacking Geralt as main character also is a negative.
Nah man, I’ve played 1000+ hours of Witcher 3 so I LOVE it and I’m not hating but I’ve recently got back into it and heavily into the modding scene. There are SO many ways to improve on TW3 and if CDPR is smart they will take some leads from their passionate community, build on what the Witcher 3 does (world and gameplay wise) and expand it. I would be surprised if TW4 is better than my modded perfect version of TW3 😂. Too often game studios launch a product with some rough edges, perfectly refine it over the years and then when it comes time for a new entry they forget all of the lessons learned in refining their old product. I really hope to not see that. Honestly I am very satisfied with the Witcher story, if TW4 is a bit less consequential in the big story scope and focuses more on small time Witcher work I would be very happy.
No. Why? Because TW3 wrapped up the books. The story ended. There was no reason to reopen the story especially given theres no way to allow your TW3 choices to transfer to TW4 bc of how many (and how HUGE/world changing) they were. It basically retcons TW3 and says certain choices you made were wrong/didnt happen.
The story ended when Sapkowski wrote that Geralt DIED lol. Not much of an obstacle to reopen the story after that, it won’t be now. There are plenty of plot threads still open, and war never ends. Even a small scale story can make for a good huge games. Also you severely lack creativity if you can’t easily imagine how they can integrate multiple endings. I mean all they have to do is quiz you at the beginning of the game and swap out the soldier factions to account for most of the political plot variability. Some pressing matter could make ciri take up witchering and leave her royal duties behind in the empress ending, or come out of hiding in the bad ending. I mean this stuff is easy for a truck driver taking a shit browsing RUclips comments to come up with, so if I can do it I think CDPR could do it. Will they? We will see; but regardless your imagination is lacking bud.
@@SandyCheeks1896 If you read the books you'd know the ending is very very open to interpretation. Geralt may be dead, he may be getting sheparded to what is basically Elysium, or he may be revived.
Let's give em a chance maybe they gained experience with cyberpunk i know the fact that main roster lack of many good one's but still they can do good i guess
Is this AI written. You saw the trailer but there are phrases such as w4 will introduce new characters, but no mentioning Ciri. It sounds AI and bad to me.
I mean we all know about Ciri when i mention new character's it's cause we still don't have more info about any other characters they might add that's why and i tried to keep it mystery and not showing the face at start if you pay attention btw thank's for the comment
@@grejny0843 No problem bro, good and bad comments both helps me to do better later . i dont like AI too. need to improve my talking skill for sure and thank's for the compliment .

There are rumors that we see geralt in Witcher 4 and maybe it's a surprise and he will be payable.
let's see...
@@DustyShayan I think it’s outright confirmed we will see him, I speculate maybe one mission as him.
@@SandyCheeks1896 Yes maybe a mission or even maybe later after release they add an extension for him
I highly doubt it will, many people that made W3 left the company.
That's what i think too but i hope they do even better this time. let's see ...

The story already ended in the books. By that logic there was no reason to reopen it with the first Witcher game either.
@ exactly lol

@@damned0wl Story actually had a TON of open plot threads in the book. Its one of the biggest criticisms of TLOLT. Take it you didnt read the book?
not whit the actual roster in the company
