I'm a mo cap performer and wanted to share a painful story of mine involving the remake of RE 2. Might make the agonizing regret somehow berable...:) I was training my voice regarding voice acting since 2007. Several years later - by accident - I did some modeling jobs and focused more on a raw motion/performance capture skills, leaving voice acting behind a bit. In late November of 2015 I was in contact with Capcom about the motion capture role of Leon for the 2019 RE2 Remake. I lost the part early on. Now, many years later when I see how successfull these remakes are (now with RE 4 remake released) I can't believe I squandered such an opportunity. It goes without saying that in this business one audition can change your whole life. I'm trying not to give up though, I recently was approached by Platige Image about my latest voice demo but I feel like it's kinda a castle made of sand. Great video man!

I remember when I was a kid, watching my cousin play the 2005 RE4. I was horrified of the game until a weird glitch happened. My cousin threw a frag grenade, and for some reason, rather then actually kill the enemies caught in its explosion, they all just POPPED, they just disappeared. No items, nothing. Just gone. For some reason I found that so incomprehensibly hilarious that I wanted to play the game on my own, just to get terrified of the game again anyway. Man these videos are gonna bring back all kindsa memories. Can't wait to watch'em all!

I think one of the only things that hasn't changed in my life over the past 14 years is the peace I find in watching this man play games. Things aren't perfect king but you have a big impact and I'm grateful.
My first experience with RE4, I was about 15? I went to my cousin's house, he was playing the island section at the time, I watched him played for like an hour and then he handed the controller to me and tells me I can play if I want, just dont over write his save file and he left the house. So my very first experience with RE4 was the regenerator part at the lab. One of the scariest and most frustrating gaming experience in my core memory. I play the entire game from the beginning later on, and realized that was probably the worse part to hop in.

The old days when you would say some outrageous shit were also some of the funniest. Of course, I was about as old as you were so as the years have gone by, I too have grown and look back on some of the things said with some "judgement". Having said that, I can appreciate that, at the time, things were far more simple. Even if you regret saying those things, I think it's nice to look back and understand that you're not the same person you were. Anyway, I can't wait for more! The flickering lights can be solved by doing the following steps; 1) Save your game and close it. Restart the game. 2) If this doesn’t fix the problem, change ONE of the following settings: In the Display tab, set Depth of Field to “off” In the camera tab, set Motion Blur to “on”

The laser sight was my first purchase since it applies to multiple handguns, I’m using the Punisher now and it’s pretty great. You can also compare weapons you own and even see their max stats

Resident Evil 4 was the first playthrough I'd ever watched on youtube, and it was your playthrough. Resident Evil 4 Remake is the first game I've been crazy about since its announcement that I'd also be able to afford to buy on day 1 (I ended up preordering it). So I did, and I played all through the night on release day. I genuinely feel so misty about this game because it hasn't been able to disappoint me in the least so far, and I'm only playing on a PS4 Pro! I can't imagine what it's like on PS5.

I had those flickering lights on some of my demo playthroughs, Haven't seen it on the main game thankfully. I don't have motion blur on, but I found during the demo, that closing the game fully, then restarting it, got rid of it.

It's just crazy, I discovered Vash when I was a freshman in high school, which was in 2008. It doesn't seem like that long ago that I was watching his original playthrough of RE4. I've been a fan ever since. It's sad that he doesn't have more recognition because, imo he's one of the best RUclipsrs out there.

I'm glad your enjoying this remake and its nice to hear about some of the nostalgia memories you have with the original game. Your original RE4 playthrough was one of the first series' I watched of your's and I've been a fan ever since. I'm currently playing the remake too and loving it so far.
