The INFJ personality is truly a walking contradiction. I despise hookups and sex without romance. However, when I am in a relationship, I can be a big freak but only when I know my partner is all involved and believe that sex is more than pleasure but for a soulful bonding and expression of how intense our love for each other is.
As a Sigma INFJ female, I should add for my type that we are completely capable of doing what we want with whomever we want for the sake of private fun, and we do not need a soulmate to make it happen. Indeed, trust is all that’s necessary. Trust in his sincerity and interest. 😎

Same here. I'm 68 and I experience all that was described with the great love of my youth. I've never again felt that way after we parted ways. When I was married I didn't feel that soulfuI connection and the spiritual component of intimacy and sex with my partner. I couldn't pretend anymore, so after 12 years of marriage, I left the relationship and became a single mom. I never had any serious rels until now. Funny, but I guess I am still waiting for that someone who can relive that exceptional experience of a reciprocal love overflowing. For me as a sigma INFJ, It's all or nothing.
