Something to appreciate about Flagburg is that while it and Magnolia both want to do multiattacking, the way they do so and the purpose for multiattacking are completely different so both decks have something different to offer. Magnolia makes rearguard stronger so they can multiattack, Flagburg makes the VG stronger by multiattacking with the rearguards
Your Japanese is pretty good. Ngl though, I was kinda hoping they would take a classic AF route where the RGs swap with each other in their respective columns.
The problem with column swappers is while it is a cool way to facilitate multi attacks, it is flawed in the fact that swappers need minimum two rearguards to work in a deck that is highly piece reliant. Cards that re-stand themselves optimize the play style due to the fact that one re-stander is two attacks for one card in most cases versus two attacks for two cards when compared to swappers.
Besides it is better when OverDress do a new twist on previous ideas rather than being bland carbon copies with nothing original like the encounter cards. Flagburg offers a decent enough variation of the usual Aqua Force with the increased focus on attacking rearguards and the Baromagnes style escalating effects.
@@openmindedmusicman honestly column swapping might be a bit broken since Magnolia stuff would work very well with such a gimmick as some activate when your unit attacks and something in the back row just passively gets +10k, then swap to a front row which during a personal ride turn just creeps you up to having a 5+ attack deck with easy 30k+ rears... that isn't Bruce. Which is a nono
Play like old Aqua, which is good, some attack will not go thru, but vanguard ability is the main reason why you do it. For the cost of CB1, it is a +1 hand, retire 2 and +10k attack with guard restrict, could be brutal on 5th damage. 23k sounds like nothing, but require to throw 3 cards for 23k is pain.
Alright so this may be really fun to experiment with Zorga and Magnolia stuff to make a new type of Aqua Force with much more open building options. So far I say this is definitely my potential 3rd deck replacing Zorga. So far my top 3 are 1. Bruce 2. Hexa 3. Zorga
Flagburg is definitely a different take on the usual Aqua Force multiattacks. I'm seriously looking forward to this deck. But lets be honest, even without the potential strength of the deck, the Aqua Force aesthetic was already reason enough to play.
I guess that’s what a lot of people wanted but I’m pretty disappointed it’s just Aqua Force again. I thought most ride lines did a good job of being inspired by past clans while bringing their own new spin to things. Both aesthetically and mechanically this is literally just Aqua Force. But hey, good for the people who’re happy!

They killed aquaforce, but this mechanics and arts are awesome!
It is Aqua Force with a slight twist and access to generic Stoicheia support.
