Glad I found this video. So I'm guessing unplug the motor as theres a connector for it and block off the washer tube somehow? Mine doesnt work anyway, maybe the pump or tube is blocked already.
+Gav Lids ye it can be a bit of a nightmare alright, only thing I could say there is make sure you're putting even pressure where the clips are. I almost broke one myself as you can see in the video.
+Tom Holmes Hey, The grommet was 30.5mm in diameter and the hole in the glass is aprox 25.8mm. Make sure you use a relatively thick grommet as the one in i used in the video fell out and i replaced it with a bulkier one which has worked perfectly.
I like my rear wiper, and mine still works. Paintwork on your car is mint.

great thank you for your help.
Nice video mate. Keep up the good work. Hope you have maad plans for the audi. She better be doing 10's by the time you finish haha
haha thanks man, maybe not in the 10's but definitely have many plans ;)
Cant wait to see the progress of it. One quick question, will it be smokey haha?
happyslapperfish ....maybe slightly on hard accelerations. Definitely not throughout the powerband though
For Christ sake turn that feckin music down so I can hear what you're saying!
Get rid of the music. It's very hard to hear what you're saying....
What about the screen wash hose
What about the battery ?
Thanks for that. Did you put a screw in the water feed for the jets to ensure no accidental water comes out?
Thanks,
I didn't although thats a good idea, either that or just pinch the line somewhere closer to the washer bottle.
Tried to do it all last night but getting the cover off is a right nightmare. Feels like its going to split in half.

Useful video, shame you can hardly hear anything with the crap background music!
Hopefully the next time you do a video please do not have the music on cannot hear you thank you
I've the same Teng Tools ratchet lol.
Where do i get grommets from?
+Alex Popa Any motor factors/ Halfords etc should have them.
Hi mate, where do u get that grommet from???
Any hardware shop/Halfords etc should have something to fit.
Hi... why did you remove it instead of replacing whatever it was damaged with it?
just thought it looked better without it
Cool... I was reading how some people remove it although personally I'd rather the wiper there to do its job. It looks good though, mate
@@DanielKnocker It does look better without it, but u need it lol.
For the ones they have it its extra
CHOPPED!
cheers - lose the music though pls!
Music very annoying
