Me too, looks so addictive, every team looks different to each other (literally no repeated players on each side) and the grinding on getting enough CP and RP for buying a decent player it's so fun!

Same. I login everyday to do the daily challenges at a minimum. I like the idea you can take your starting squad players of 58 rating all the way to the top with a bunch of skills.
@@gdmclean i think they need to have a cap for the number of the skills that u can level up, and give us the ability to level downskills and use the point in other so it will be a full-free customization experience
Nick, instead of having to type in your balance on the market, just scroll across to the players and press R2, it hides players you can't sign

Didnt know you can do it with R2, nice! I always went on the filter and It said something like "hide not signable players".

@cartermcrae5425 if they were trying to force people into the shop the skill gap would be much lower. It's because the skill gap is decent that pay to win is less of a factor.

Im a 44yr old been through fifa and pes to efootball over 1600 hrs sad but had been fun until recent patches on efootball feels like tennis tbh,didn't get into ufl after a few hours and understanding how it works inc defending.I haven't put it down and efootball had been non exsistant because of auto defence saving all players from their errors inc my own,I like the randomness of ufl bronze 1 near silver hey Nick def think it's a great start for the ufl team creating the need to be skilled in defending and it's actually addictive now imo bless bro.
Efootball even if the player goes afk the you can struggle to score cuz of the ai defence
@@alantryhard8632Konami and EA don’t listen,the ai defense on this game when you face stronger characters is a little crazy as well but not everyone’s in plat/gold lobbies facing them,whenever the community does reach that point though and speaks out on defensive ai I’m hopeful that the dev team will patch it

It’s cool that you actually use sub 65 players for more than 1 game in UFL. In FIFA those bronze commons are nothing but SBC fodder for 364 days of the cycle. In UFL they stay in your squad getting attribute upgrades and new skills.
Much more rewarding way of developing your team than just completing a bunch of SBC’s and putting 80-85 rated players in your squad week 1 from pack openings.

Corners in UFL are a problem. I feel like everybody is NICOLAS JOVER against me when they get a corner, very hard to defend, the defenders stay static while the attackers fly to the ball.
Gotta have a tall CB in your starting 11 and manually control him when defending corners.
I like that corners are a genuine chance to score in this game. FIFA was ridiculous you’re just as likely to score with a bicycle kick as a normal header
They should have air king preferably
Mate you need tall defenders with head strength. No need for the best defenders but only the right ones

This game is scratching that football game itch for me. I stopped playing fifa/fc start of last year and have been playing pes since but was losing interest.
I manual defend as much as possible in all football games and finally a game rewards that. If they can polish the jank and keep updating it ufl could be great.
I’ve just won 10 in a row with mainly 65 rated players. There’s no bs that happens, if you mess up you pay for it. Pace is relevant and the gameplay itself is absolutely fair to play!

Well the player base was always going to be 99% player migration across from FIFA. At least the rats can’t just go straight to 90 rated players like you can with FIFA.
At least you can beat rats in UFL. It's near impossible in EAFC and Efootball.

Love the game so far - I have just gotten into gold 3 - dont be too disheartened if you see a mega squad, this game rewards players who are actually better.

I was tired of EAFC so downloaded UFL, i'm not good but it was so nice to have passes that went to players. Had end to end games, won 6 in a row then lost 6 in a row, i don't mind too much as my players improve each game.

It’s a simple game.. no gimmicks, defending is manual. It’s just balanced.
Just played some noobies like me and the gameplay was hilarious to me lol. I really liked it for being free and the team building concept is really good
Way better system than fifa where i can see the vision and how awesome it could be in a year from now. Im investing whilst its still clunky, i will say tho even while its clunky, the gameplay is very addictive where MOST of the time good defending actually gets rewarded, i haven't been able to say those words in years. Actually having to check who would fit ur team by which traits they have that compliment ur formation is honestly genius, i spent 45 minutes trying to find a 75-79 rated leftback who fit my system to a tee and it felt good to get the perfect player for my team

If your looking for a cheap meta lb look at Schmidt 90 base pace and some good skills to! With him being 74 rated as soon as he hits 75 you can another skill to! ✅

I think UFL should gain a lot more traction. Considering it just came out, it has its flaws but its good in so many ways. it gives a kind of nostalgic vibe like the previous fifas. Also, it would mean that EA would finally start paying attention to the fans and maybe fix their game.
I am gold too, and at gold people are crazy😱 but you can see the difference because you see people that are better at defending (this is the most important change between the ranks)
