I like how you showed the people how to hold the phone.You should have a stand that you put your phone on.And they can look at the stand, and that's how they should hold it. When you have people that don't understand you just point to your phone.That's sitting on the stand and it shows that it is sitting horizontally

I don't think you were rude. But you do have a funny sense of humor that people don't understand. When you told the caller that you should be offended, the caller was surprised by getting on. Callers don't know if/when they will get on. I have tried to get on at least 5 times. Once we get in the backstage door, we wait and cannot see the "show" unless we have a second screen to watch the video and leave the phone open for being a guest. If I call on my cell phone, then I just wait and cannot see the show, maybe I am doing something wrong. You chastised the caller but I think you were being funny. You made it up to her by talking about being scared. You were okay. by the end you made it up to the caller. Maybe one day soon, I will have the courage to get on. I think you are the smartest and coolest person. You have taught me so very much! I thank you for giving everyone your everything. The people that are staying sideways when they turn their phones have their screens locked in portrait mode so they won't turn. They need to unlock them - Android phones can access that feature from their scroll down menus- not sure about iPhones. 🙂

My maternal grandma passed on (what I think are lithographs) to my mom and now to me. They are all about 8x10” in size. At this point, they are still stored in grandma’s old trunk, I just pull them out once in awhile to enjoy them. Would it be safe to put them in a frame and place each one where the sun doesn’t cast it’s light on them? By the way, one of them is of Louis Pasteur (don’t know how to spell it). I also have a very old book about him. Once I get my new home settled, find a place for everything, I hope to have a call/appraisal of some of grma’s items. Thx so much for all you do!💜

It was my aunt and uncle who had the painting of Jesus in their home in Louisiana for 60 years. The Salvador Mundie, I believe is what it turned out to be. It was sold at the estate sale by my cousins after my aunt and uncle passed away. It was purchased and resold for a fortune and resold for over 400 million to a Saudi prince. One of the greatest finds of all time. Well, a woman repaired it a bit and that took about 6 years. Before it was sold to the prince, who, by the way, supposedly has it stored on his yacht and out of the publics sight, ...It was shown in a museum for a short while, and I was thinking that surely they would have taken pictures of it. And I am trying to find out how I can purchase a print of this to put in my home. I would also like to purchase one for my cousin who is so sad that she didn't know the true value of the painting, especially since she has had financial stress. I am. I'm house bound since covid. I can't walk more than about 20 ft without 02 dropping to 74. I thought life was over even considered hospice but your show hase been a game changer. People really need to check their settings beforehand to make sure their cameras aren't locked in portrait mode.

Tip #2 buy a stand for you phone so everyone doesn't get seasick.

@@DrLoriV It's a group for resellers to help identify and value items. Started by a thrifting RUclipsr. I guess they consider it spamming the group with advertisements for you. I just wanted to help someone identify artwork. 🤷♀️ I can't really find a better resource for the artwork than you. I have like 3 pieces I need to more about myself. I don't get why they don't want links to you but they post thier own links to a listing app they endorse. It's just dum. Lol

Geeees why are these people not ready unbelievable and I wish they would turn down volume so Dr. Lori isn't echoing. Maybe rules prior to call 1) hold phone horizontal 2) have measurements 3) turn volume down what they are listening to. It's so frustrating. We could see that bottle just fine, sometimes it is ok and if you can see it then we can too. Please use better discretion.
I understand, but when a guest's camera is not horizontal, we are not able to fill the entire screen with their shot. So, if they have a large item or if they want to show a close up of a mark or their piece, we can't show those details to you. And, I might not be able to see the details I need to provide the guest and audience with the information you'd like to know.
