Communication skills comes into picture when you are growing up the ladder and talking to a crowd, otherwise your growth becomes stagnant.

as an interviewer you are very good at your work . pointing towards the right weak points where a fresher might struggle. in case of synchronization she mumbled cause by only Language side you can't answer this question you have to have a little bit of os knowledge about scheduling algorithm to answer it properly also in hashmap questions it's better to mention the operation and its complexity
Synchronization in Java and race conditions in operating systems are related concepts but address different aspects of concurrency and parallelism

About the question count of character in string, What is point of using counter to count the character when she is using length method. I mean only using length method would have given correct answer.

"Encapsulation" - binding code and data into single unit. By making your variables private and define public methods(getter and setter) for accessing and modifying the data.
"Synchronised" - method declared with synchronised keyword is mainly used if multithreading concept is involved, only one thread is allowed to enter the method and only after a thread's complete execution, the other thread can start it's execution.
Incorrect. Encapsulation is basically used for binding data and functions which work on the same data. In c language there is a draw back that your function is somewhere else defined and data that is needed by the function is defined somewhere else. Please read basic stdio.h file.
@@bhaskarm632 C and Java are different. His Explanation was correct, Nomenclature is different in other languages. Binding code (method) and data(variables) into a single unit is encapsulation.

Sir main pickle of programming languages is that whenever any concept or problem is there in front of me ,i understand it, but if I dont revise them for some days then they cant be remembered. I also get to forget some answers during actual viva and many times I cannot explain conceptually to the interviewer even if I am aware of the concept. And then I can see expression on his face that even after completing post graduation and certification why he cannot understand the concept.

No-one asked such easy questions , atleast I didnt get such easy interview as a fresher and struggled a lot to get a job , otherwise would have aced each and every interview. Companies write fresher in JD just to joke and expect a candidate to know everything . If we answer basic questions correctly they start asking difficult advance level questions. (P.S. I didnt even write advance concepts in my cv bcz I had no knowledge )

In the question you asked not to use the inbuilt methods but she used [stringName].length() in the for loop if she can use that why need to run a for loop she can just print [stringName].length() as this the answer..

I think we can't achieve, so for accessing private variable we have to use getter and setter

it feels more of route learning and memorising facts and information and just throwing it out when someone asks, ironically i personally take interviews and stop asking questions which are getting asked for years , its all about effort, interviewer should also put effort in asking questions apart from routine questions only then the candidate will be encouraged to give answers based on their logical thinking and reasoning, more bad nobody does so
