Thank you very much for the insight,my question is that let assume that you are building 3 bedroom storey building on a half plot of land which size let say 100by20,how much are you going to spend from the foundation to the Decking as compared to the 4 bedroom storey building you show us because this 4 bedroom storey building is on 1 full plot........

Thank you Bro Bright, for the educative videos. Could you please give estimate of the quality to iron rods used for the decking and stairs for this project. I was given an estimate of iron rods quantity for my 1300sq ft building. However, I feel like the quantity is too much. A breakdown of the steel work will be helpful. Thanks.

Thanks for this bro. I saw cracks on my foundation surface after they casted . Is it something I should worry?

It will depend on the severity of the cracks.
There are some cracks caused by the sinking of the laterite, this must be repaired. There are some cracks caused by the hardening of the concrete, this you shouldn't worry about. 😉
