I was given an estimate of iron rods quantity for my 1300sq ft building. However, I feel like the quantity is too much. A breakdown of the steel work will be helpful. Thanks.
It will depend on the severity of the cracks. There are some cracks caused by the sinking of the laterite, this must be repaired. There are some cracks caused by the hardening of the concrete, this you shouldn't worry about. 😉 Regards. Mr. Bright
