I really love the idea of having this combination of Backpacks and panniers.
Of all the ones I've seen so far, IMO the concept of 2Bag is still the best. (Currently only preorder, which I did)
I had the chance to try one of the early models on a small convention, and it feels incredibly good as a backpack.

Very nice bag and I'm hoping the price will reflect the quality, durability and longevity of the product.
I think they only put a side reflector on one side because as it's intended to be used primarily as a backpack you transport on your bike, they don't expect you to be using two of them at once.
Unlike all of my matching pannier bags which also either have got twin backpack straps or a messenger bag style shoulder strap.
But all with reflectors on both sides.
And even if you just have one bag, you aren't limited to hanging it on just one side of the bike.

Does this fit to a 20" wheel bike at all?

I've been wondering for over a decade why this isn't a thing. Panniers should be backpacks as standard. Its common sense, yet I found very few of them. Most panniers, if they are carry along at all, just have a single shoulder strap or, even worse just a handle.

Try looking at the market for backpack panniers. It's reasonable.
